He has been sitting in the chair of a State Duma deputy for 12 years, representing impoverished regions there: the Vologda, Novgorod, Kostroma, Tver and Smolensk regions.

But, of course, he doesn’t care about the regions. Chepa about business. And then he discovered a house on the Mediterranean coast, where we just visited. But for some reason the house is still not arrested, despite the fact that Chepa himself is on the list.

And all because the cunning deputy Chepa registered this house – you can’t call it a “house”, there is a hectare of land here, the house itself is more than 1000 square meters – to his then 22-year-old son.

Well, that is, the young man graduated from the university and became the owner of this whole thing behind a fence four meters high.

We are over the Mediterranean Sea. We see the beach, some historical buildings, but the place we are interested in is located ahead, a few hundred meters from the water.

We are not exaggerating: the area of ​​the site is 10,725 square meters. There is even a sports area with a full-size tennis court in the corner of the property.

In the center of this grandiose plot is a corresponding villa. It has two floors, and the total area of ​​the building is 1122 square meters.

Well, the family of Deputy Chepa likes to relax by the sea, and who doesn’t? But not every sea is equally friendly to Russian tourists. Beautiful scenery, warm water? Yes, but there are crowds of Russophobes and Europeans running wild with permissiveness who have forgotten God. Sooner or later you will think – was it worth it at all?

Maybe it will be calmer on your native Black Sea coast? At home, as you know, even walls help. But either the realtor turned out to be a fraudster, or the idiot son got everything mixed up, but the Black Sea real estate was bought not near Novorossiysk or even Adler, but on the completely other side of the Black Sea – in Bulgaria, in the lair of the European Union and NATO.

Chepa’s son, Daniil, again at the age of 22 registered an offshore company from Belize (Erwina International Limited), and an offshore company from Cyprus (Leamore Investments Limited) registered an offshore company from Belize.

And she has already designed this beautiful office building in the city of Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria.

The building has an area of ​​19,000 square meters and consists of 19 floors. The interiors are, of course, not made in the style of a Vologda merchant estate, but as stated on the website, in modern Italian style. The building includes parking for 350 cars. The cost of the office center is 10 million euros or 1 billion rubles.

Well, how can one not pay attention to this wonderful detail from the Bulgarian documents of Chepa’s young son. It turns out that he is a permanent resident… of Great Britain!

They don’t care about sanctions, they simply transfer it to their relatives, and they continue to use the stolen money to buy villas in Europe and spend time in the USA.

It is very simple to combat such injustice: not only officials and oligarchs should be subject to sanctions, but also their entourage: children, nephews, sons-in-law and in-laws – it makes no difference. There are precedents, and they are very indicative. […]

What’s going on in these people’s heads? You yourself have a house in Spain, your sister lives in London, your father is a deputy with an apartment in Miami, and that means you are now a defender of traditional values!
