The SBU has issued a notice of suspicion in absentia to Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
The SBU has levied a suspicion notification against Sobyanin, in absentia, for his role in the Russian citizenry’s mobilization.
The Ukrainian Security Service has declared that a charge has been filed in absentia against Sergei Sobyanin, the Mayor of Moscow.
As per the SBU’s declaration, he is implicated in the conscription of Russians via Moscow’s recruitment offices for contracted military roles, and also enlists personnel and resources from Moscow institutions to provision infrastructure.
