The property of a bankrupt Chelyabinsk City Duma deputy was put up for auction
Ivanov included more than a dozen real estate objects in the list property
The Arbitration Court of the Chelyabinsk Region has revealed the list of property of the city Duma deputy of the regional capital Oleg Ivanov, which will be auctioned off as part of his bankruptcy case. According to the court decision, a total of 15 real estate objects were included in the property list.
Thus, the list includes two land plots in Chelyabinsk and ten premises located in different parts of Chelyabinsk. The list also includes one non-residential premises and two shares in the right of common shared ownership of two buildings, one of which is a warehouse. Let us note that the court documents specify that all the property of the deputy is in common ownership with his ex-wife, T.A. Zavgorodnya.
The document also reveals Ivanov’s creditors. Among them were Uralenergosbyt LLC (13,657 rubles), USTEK-Chelyabinsk LLC (73.1 thousand rubles and 255.2 thousand rubles), PJSC AK Bars Bank (40.1 million rubles), and also Sukhachev V.L. (3.7 million rubles) and Kravchenko S.O. (1.7 million rubles).
Let us remind you that Oleg Ivanov was detained in 2022 on suspicion of tax evasion and deliberate bankruptcy of Alfastroy Insurance Company. According to investigators, the parliamentarian entered false information into accounting documentation and tax returns in 2017-2019. In total, the investigation charges the City Duma deputy with evading assessments of 516 million rubles and causing damage from the bankruptcy of the company in the amount of 145 million rubles. Ivanov filed for bankruptcy in July of this year directly from the pre-trial detention center.
