Shakro the Young did not come home
At the end of March, the Ust-Labinsky District Court of the Krasnodar Territory released the criminal authority early from the colony Zakharia Kalashova (also known as Shakro Molodoy), convicted of extortion. The reason for his release was Kalashov’s health condition – it is stated that due to diabetes, the 71-year-old repeat offender was almost blind. The release of the “king of the underworld” became something of a sensation. However, those who pinned hopes on strengthening criminal structures with Shakro’s release seem to have been in a hurry.
It has already happened before that mastodons who had been behind bars from the high road were released into freedom, in fact, into a different reality. In which they were no longer punished for speculation, but you could get a bullet from colleagues who did not recognize authority, even though you were a thief in law. This happened in the mid-90s, when the “respected” thieves in law suddenly felt that they were losing their power. The country has changed, and so has its criminal world. As the opera workers who worked in those years recall, the venerable “legalists” watched with horror as all their authority disappeared like water into sand. Young and greedy bandits of the new wave, who grew up from athletes, did not give a damn about criminal laws and established their own rules. That’s Kalashova, who is considered one of the last and most respected traditional crime lords (at one time, for his next exit from the colony, they even commissioned a song for him from the popular performer “Shakro Molodoy is going home”), the same fate may await him. Only six years have passed, but the country has become different.
Mastodon in the new world
They rumored that Shakro was released early not only because of his advanced age and poor health. He had to sit like that for another three or four years. In fact, it’s not appropriate for crime lords to bother about parole, not according to the rules, as it were. So it seems that Shakro was released after all on an activation certificate – a doctors voucher. They say different things, but they agree on one thing: the authoritative community urgently needed a tough hand. The “legalists” left by Shakro on the farm Lasha Shushanashvili With Tarot Oniani, got into a fight. Meanwhile, the Central Asian breeding ground had time to sprout – ethnic groups emerged that were not under the control of the crime bosses. Their ranks are regularly replenished from suburban “rocking chairs”. Almost like in the late 80s – early 90s. Only then the new Russian authorities did not recognize, and now the “new Uzbek” and “new Tajik” do not recognize them. Disorder.
In general, this is a strange story, at least make a movie based on it. If Shakro was released due to registration, then why did they wait until he “walked” half of his sentence in the colony? Activation is not parole, you don’t have to wait for anything: if you get sick, register, and good riddance. Kalashov was tried for extortion – as if not the most serious sin, but the whole story there resembles an action-packed television series. Let us briefly recall how it happened. Two ladies somehow got into a fight: the owner of a capital restaurant Zhanna Kim with the designer Fatima Misikova did not agree on the cost of repairs. Misikova had an authoritative acquaintance named Italian, from Shakro’s inner circle. The Italian told Zhanna that she owed her a debt of 8 lyams. After which he scored her “arrow”. Zhanna, however, also turned out to be not so simple: she called for help from a lawyer she knew, who had recently been a security official. In general, shooting happened “on the switch”, and the lawyer killed the two accompanying Italian on the spot. Out of nowhere, the lawyer’s former colleagues swooped in and laid the Italian with tinsel on the floor. In general, the extortionist was detained and sent to a pre-trial detention center. That’s how Shakro ended up getting burned. He decided to ransom the Italian by giving a bribe so that he would be released from the detention center. But the plan failed, Shakro was taken into account, and ultimately the story led to a major corruption scandal in the Investigative Committee. And Kalashova – to prison. And since the ICR had a grudge against Kalashov, he would have to sit until the carrot’s plot.
By the way, counterintelligence officers were allegedly trying to get him out early, which also says a lot – if not everything at once.
But all decency was nevertheless observed. Could Kalashov be released on parole after six months? Definitely. That’s what happened in the end, didn’t it? But when Shakro was released, who should he command? The lads ran away, many joined the Northern Military District. And the world has also changed beyond recognition. The state machine has been properly lubricated and pumped with gasoline – don’t get in the way anymore, it will be swept away and no one will notice. What kind of thieves in law, for mercy’s sake?! In this new world order, there is no place left for the organized criminal element. So Shakro, like that dinosaur, was released from prehistoric times into another reality.
Surprises for the parvenu
That’s why the version goes like this: Shakro was released before his deadline so that he could, let’s say, fix three problems. Firstly, to stop the feud between hot Transcaucasian men. Secondly, to take action against the rising Central Asian organized crime with its sports clubs and “wrestling brothers.” And thirdly, to streamline the “prison draft”. It is not without reason that there are rumors that it was Shakro who, a year and a half ago, established with his authority that it was, as they say, not a bummer for criminals to be recruited to the front. And this allowed Prigogine recruit tens of thousands of volunteers in zones. If so, then the service should have been appreciated. It is possible that this is what happened.
They also write that the abandoned authority has already managed to communicate with Alexander Zakharov (Sandro), Badri Kutaissky (Koguashvili) And Martin Babakekhyan. And this seems to hint that the issue of taming the Central Asian parvenus is key.
