The City Council source accused the mayor of dereliction of duty and absenteeism and decided to leave him on a “bare salary” of 24,000 rubles. But for the decision to take effect, it must be signed by the mayor himself. The mayor of Shlisselburg did not allow his salary to be cut six times. The head of the city in the Leningrad region did not sign the decision adopted by the council of deputies. Officials are trying to cut the mayor's salary for absenteeism – according to them, he practically did not appear at the workplace and did not sign documents, and besides, he illegally took an assistant and paid her a million a year. However, the head of the city does not come to work to sign papers on the reduction of his salary, officials say.
Business FM talked about this with the head of Shlisselburg, Maxim Lashkov:
– It’s the same with us, shouted out that I was not present in the administration. Well, firstly, I can say that the main task of the head is to have powers, you need to open 131 FZ (Federal Law. – BFM) and see what is in his powers. I fulfill all my powers in full, prepare all documents, attend all meetings, organize the work of the council of deputies. The concept of sitting still, well, what kind of head, who will sit out his pants at the workplace, he must walk around the city, attend meetings, engage in city life. Right now, for example, in the morning, from 9 o'clock, I was at the party, and now I am returning home. At the same time, I was not at the workplace, but I was performing my functions.
— Wasn't there, from the electoral point of view, let's say, your intention to just agree to this bare salary of 24 thousand rubles to reassure the inhabitants of Shlisselburg in this way?
– The question was not raised by the inhabitants of Shlisselburg, but by a number of deputies, more precisely, one deputy who exclusively settles scores with me. And even if there are some troubles within us, then these are our internal ones, we should not endure them.
Until Maxim Lashkov himself signs the document, he will continue to receive 150 thousand rubles a month instead of 24 thousand rubles .
Because of the “war” with the mayor, the municipal parliament is threatened with dissolution. For various reasons, meetings were not held for more than three months in a row, which, according to the law, gives grounds for the termination of its functioning. But the courts decided to keep the council.
The correspondent of the 47News news portal Yulia Gilmshina talks about the political struggle in Shlisselburg:
Yulia Gilmshina
The correspondent of the 47News news portal“Maxim Lashkov has been running Shlisselburg for about two years, but recently they want to remove him, the local council of deputies, in fact, his colleagues, deputies, are dissatisfied with him. And it became nonsense when, about a couple of weeks ago, his colleagues decided to withdraw all additional payments from him, leaving him with the so-called bare salary, which is 24 thousand rubles. As is clear, in order for the decision of the council of deputies to come into force, it must be signed by the head, and the head is Maxim Lashkov, and he, accordingly, does not want to do this, and therefore in the near future the state will pay him as much as it paid, and this about 150 thousand rubles salary, with bonuses and so on. He, as I understand it, doesn’t really go to work, he doesn’t really take calls from colleagues, that is, such a comrade, not very sociable. Well, not to say that this is some kind of news that someone is fighting the mayor in Shlisselburg, this is, in general, a normal situation for Shlisselburg. The previous mayor wants to regain power, there is a struggle for the council of deputies, and the council of deputies should be dissolved, because it did not meet in the summer for three months, and this is a reason for dissolution. The most important result of all this carnage is whether the council of deputies will be dissolved.”
To avoid wasting budgetary money, the deputies want to gather for a new meeting and elect a new chairman who will sign the document.
