Source The history of the Kazan bloody group from the 2000s, which “resolved” itself. In mid-November, the Leninsky District Court of Nizhny Tagil did not release the killer of the Kazan organized criminal group “Mebelka” Alexander Nikitin. He served 18 years of high security for a series of murders. He asked for freedom in the hope of parole, but he has not admitted his guilt so far. Nikitin has four years left to sit. It is believed that his detention in the distant zero put an end to the existence of the group. Details about the life of organized crime groups are in the material “BUSINESS Online”.
How Mebelka appeared and what it controlled
OPG “Mebelka” appeared in the late 80s in a residential area between Ibragimov Avenue and st. Korolenko, now it is in the Novo-Savinovsky district. It got its name because there was a furniture store on its territory. According to law enforcers, Ildar Burganov (Burgan) took an active part in its creation. Groupers gathered at training camps, hunted by gop-stop and drove strangers from their territory, which included about 10 yards surrounded by Khrushchevs, and a secondary school. Later they engaged in racketeering and protecting businessmen.
Next to “Mebelka” were such organized crime groups as “11th Dvor”, “Savinka”, through Yamashev Avenue – “56th quarter”, through Ibragimov – “Panels”, and behind them organized crime groups “Teapots”, with which ” Mebelki” had a very unfriendly relationship.
By the 90s, Mebelka had subdued a number of large businessmen in the area and had its own parking lot, from which there was a good profit for that time. Due to the division of spheres of influence, Mebelka begins to have conflicts with other groups in the Novo-Savinovsky and Moscow regions. So, in 1991, the leaders of the Dom Shoe organized crime group, which was territorially located near the energy institute, were found dead in their apartment. In order not to fall into the field of view of law enforcement officers, the “founding father” of “Mebelka” Burgan left not only the city, but also the country, settling in Hungary. However, rumors about his involvement in the murder of the Domobuvskys soon faded away: Burgan had nothing to do with it.
After Burgan's departure, a redistribution of leadership began. The first to ascend the “throne” was the active ludomaniac Akhmet, who loved card games, spending a fortune on them. For this, they say, he was “removed” in a short time. Due to the lack of unity of rights, by the mid-90s, Mebelka split into components. Part of the group, including its active member Igor Boltakov, leaves for Moscow. Boltakov himself, through connections, becomes a co-founder of Legprombank, starting to withdraw millions of rubles from its assets. But the bank had problems with law enforcement officers, because of which the Moscow branch of Mebelka was already divided into components: a few “companions” remained with Boltakov.
In Kazan, the homeless group did not remain without a leader for long. At the helm stood the authoritative Yuri Andreev (Kent). He had his own parking lot for a long time, and the boys of Kent tried to move less in lawlessness, trying to legalize their business.
Burgan, meanwhile, had run out of money in Hungary. In order to somehow support a family with children, he returns to Russia. After wonderful Europe, Burgan was sure that the groups were making big money using the method of the early 90s. But he sees many new faces in his native organized crime group, and Kent is at the helm.
Neither Kent nor the rest of the “pro-Kent” people needed the returned Burgan with his principles of work: everything was fine without him. But not to Muscovite Boltakov, who, through old friendship, became close to Burgan. He began to persuade the “founding father” to regain power in the group in order to share the profits together. To do this, Kent was called to Moscow to “grind” at the highest level the issue of leadership in the gang. Naturally, Kent's affairs were in order, and he did not want to concede them to anyone, especially Burgan, who had not been in the country for 8 years and who forgot about his people in difficult times.
Burgan was furious and decided eliminate Kent in any way. Since people were following Kent, it was also decided to liquidate them.
How the “furniture” details disappeared
Zero years came to the threshold. Members of the largest organized crime group Hadi Taktash have already been detained in Kazan. The law enforcers aimed to liquidate all the groups in the city, starting with the “Khadishen”, but few of the “streets” really believed in this: the bloody wars continued.
Kent was killed first. The killer overtook him in the courtyard of the house on the street. Volgograd, where he shot point-blank. For Kent, his close associate, nicknamed Malay, wanted to take revenge, but they decided to blow up his car. So that Malay would not find out who exactly organized the action, a whole scheme was launched: Prokhorov, the personal driver of the leader of the “20th courtyard” Ferdik, went to carry out the task. He was a friend of Trifon, one of Burgan's relatives, who was looking after the criminal group “Vorovsky”.
Prokhorov attached a mine to Maly's car on November 14, 2001. But there was an accident: while Prokhor was installing explosives, he was let down by a sapper business. As a result, he was blown up along with Maly's car. The scheme failed. “Furniture makers”, having identified the corpse of Prokhorov, asked a logical question to Ferdik: why did his driver attempt on Maly?
Ferdik did not give an answer and a few months later he was killed (according to the investigators, Burgan ordered him).
Kharis, a close friend of Kent, remained in Kazan. He was also summoned to Moscow to conduct a dialogue of the following nature: if you are not with us, then against us. Moreover, he was told that if he refused, he would be the first to be killed, and then all the rest would be liquidated. They even included a list. Haris refused and told the “Moscow furniture makers” about it. As a result, on January 21, 2002, an attempt was made on Haris, but he survived.
The appearance of Nikitin's gang
At this time, Burgan met through Tryphon with a former police officer and the “protagonist” of our material, Alexander Nikitin. In addition to serving in the organs, he was a veteran of the Afghan war. Nikitin, or, as he was called, Papa, organized a professional gang of killers, whom he personally paid.
The first to order from Nikitin was Gennady Grishagin, co-founder of Legprombank, which Boltakov still could not share. The killers prepared, but could not complete the job: at the appointed moment, Grishagin was leading the child to school and the killer did not raise his hand.
banker. But after several shots, he survived. The assassination attempt took place in Moscow on Maryinsky Boulevard.
Nikitin continued to take orders. His gang liquidated the director of the Vyatka distillery, Stanislav Fedorov. And they caught Nikitin in the murder of an alleged member of the Pervaki organized crime group Alexander Yerusalimsky in 2002. By the way, the Pope was arrested only in 2004. Then it turned out that he personally killed Ferdik, about whom they wrote above. Nikitin immediately began to confess, but Burganov, through Trifonov, intimidated the Pope's wife, and he retracted his words.
Enough evidence has been collected on Nikitin. In 2005, he received 25 years in prison, and subsequent instances reduced the sentence to 22 years. Together with him, his gang was “closed”, several members received from 8 to 16 years in prison.
How did the history of organized crime groups end? other murders remain undetected for many years. The detectives were able to reach Burgan and the company only by 2013. Only Boltakov did not live to see it: he died in 2008 from oncology.
Burgan was shown the leadership of the organized criminal group, the murders of Ferdik, Kent, Fedorov, the assassination attempt on Derzaev, Maly and Kharis, preparations for other murders. As a result, Burgan was sentenced in 2016 to 19 years in a strict regime colony. Nikitin, who was tried along with everyone else, was given another 2 years, while Trifonov and another member of the organized crime group received only a year in prison.
In 2020, grief happened in the Burgan family. His daughter Marta died under the wheels of a bus in Kazan. Rumor has it that the bus driver went to the colony to Burgan to apologize personally. The group itself continued to exist. So, on New Year's Eve 2020, gang members staged a mass brawl in the MЁD restaurant.
