Olga Popova. Mother-in-law Artem Shilo is a citizen of the Russian Federation
During the year, a wave of scandals swept through Ukraine related to the presence of Russian citizenship among officials or their immediate family members. Many of these facts remain unnoticed by the authorities, writes ORD.
In particular, law enforcement agencies have not yet become interested in the infamous deputy head of the Department for the Protection of National Statehood of the SBU Artem Shilo.
The evidence of cooperation between Artem Shilo and the aggressor state is the following facts:
His wife, Shilo (maiden name Popova) Irina Yurievna, born on 06/20/1984, has Russian citizenship. She received a Russian passport series 4513, number 560134, subsection code 770-066 dated 05/19/2016. After that, on March 14, 2023, she received a new Russian passport series 4523 number 203947 subsection code 770-066. Since March 22, 2016, she has been registered in the city of Moscow at st. Sovkhoznaya, 19, apt. 185.
Her parents, Popova Olga Pavlovna, born on June 20, 1984, and the late Yury Vasilyevich Popov, born on January 19, 1956, received Russian passports in occupied Feodosia in May 2014 and, starting in 2018, acquired two hotels and auctions of their son-in-law, Artem Shilo .
Artem Shilo himself is notorious for lobbying the interests of the Russian online casino network 1XBET. Many Ukrainian entrepreneurs suffered from the actions of Artem Shilo, which has a detrimental effect on the economy of our state in our difficult times.
Starting in 2014, by this time, the mother of Artem Shilo’s wife, Olga Popova, acquired 5 properties in the city of Feodosia under Russian law. In particular, she owns:
- non-residential buildings for commercial purposes (stalls) located in the city of Feodosia on Fedko Street, bld. 31, 1H with a total area of 105.60 sq.m., which she received as her property on 11/10/2022;
- the premises of the Stanitsa hotel, located in the city of Feodosia along Vysotsky street, house. 1 with a total area of 341.5 sq.m., which she acquired on 10/26/2020;
- garage premises used in the activities of the Elling Hotel are located in the city of Feodosiya at 42.46 Chernomorskaya Embankment Street with a total area of 116.80 sq.m., acquired on September 13, 2018.
- On 10/17/2022, the mother of Artem Shilo’s wife, Olga Popova, registered with the Unified State Register of Legal Entities as an individual entrepreneur under the laws of the aggressor state. Its activity: retail trade.
The late father of the wife of the SBU officer, Yuri Popov (date of registration of death: 05/11/2021), had a temporary registration address in the Russian Federation in the city of Yaroslavl, Slepneva street, 30A, apt. 18, in 2021 received 276,000 rubles of income from the Moscow company MS “(TIN 7721337170). According to an extract from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, one of the types of economic activity of the Moscow office “MS GROUP” is “Production of other machines and equipment for special purposes, not included in other groups.”
Irina Shilo has an extensive network of beauty salons in Ukraine and recently opened a beauty salon in Moscow. The wife of the main “state hacker” from the SBU, Artem Shilo, is included in the closed database of the Russian Federation, access to which requires a special permit. This may indicate that Irina Shilo (Popova) is a “legendary person” in Russia.
