Employees of the State Bureau of Investigation detained and reported suspicion of illegal enrichment to the head of the Khmelnitsky Regional Center for Medical and Social Expertise (MSEC). The department announced this on Saturday, October 5.
The SBI recalled that on October 3 and 4, law enforcement officers conducted a series of searches in the office offices and at the place of residence of the official and his close relatives.
The head of the MSEC was found to have $100,000 in her office, as well as a number of forged medical documents and lists of draft dodgers with names and fictitious diagnoses.
More than $5.2 million, 300 thousand euros, more than 5 million UAH, branded jewelry and jewelry were found at the home of the official and his relatives. The woman tried to get rid of some of the money by throwing two bags containing $0.5 million through the window.
