The Vasileostrovskiy District Court of St. Petersburg registered a complaint filed by lawyer Dmitry Oktysyuk in the interests of Askhab Alikpachov, an employee of the security company Agis LLC. According to the joint press service of the courts of St. Petersburg, the complaint was filed against “illegal actions of the senior investigator for especially important cases of the 3rd SO of the department for the investigation of crimes against the person and public security of the Main Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation.” Alikpachov himself is suspected of committing a crime under Part 1 of Article 203 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

According to the joint press service of the St. Petersburg courts, the case against Askhab Alikpachov was initiated on May 16. On the same day, the decision to initiate was canceled by the First Deputy Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation as illegal. At the same time, on May 18, in a criminal case, the decision to initiate which was canceled, the lawyer points out, Alikpachov was recognized as a suspect, interrogated, and a measure of procedural coercion was chosen for him. That is, the press service explains, the lawyer believes that investigative actions were carried out in an unexcited criminal case.
“In the course of carrying out investigative actions on an unexcited criminal case, investigators in the amount of at least 13 people, including documents and computers, were seized, the premises of the security organization “ChOO Agis” LLC were sealed. According to Alikpachov’s employer, the investigation did not return anything, the lawyer writes. As a result, Alikpachov was unable to receive a salary, and the property rights of the PSC were also grossly violated. The lawyer asks the court to recognize all the actions of the investigator as illegal and oblige to eliminate the violations, ”the press service of the St. Petersburg courts said in a statement.
According to Art. 203 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“excess of authority by a private detective or an employee of a private security organization with a certificate of a private security guard in the performance of their official duties”), you can get a fine of 100 to 300 thousand rubles. or imprisonment for up to two years.
