The governor of the Belgorod region complained about a resident who refused to help him get to work.
A local resident refused to give the Belgorod Region governor a ride, causing the regional leader to be late for work.
Vyacheslav Gladkov himself reported this on social media. He said he was returning to Belgorod by train from a business trip when the train broke down near the city. Gladkov got out and tried to find a ride to the railway crossing, about 700 meters away, where a car was already waiting. However, according to the regional governor, the man refused, citing the fact that he and his daughter shared the car.
“I understand there are a lot of problems of our own. Governors are still walking around in the dark in the mornings, and it's unclear why, it's unclear what they want… But, to be honest, it seemed to me that there's some kind of internal resentment towards the authorities, either regional or local, so I'll definitely ask Oleg Aleksandrovich to go and talk about what the grievance is, what we haven't finished,” Gladkov wrote.
