The prosecutor was detained by the FSB officers for Moscow and the Moscow Region in early April 2021 while receiving a bribe in the amount of 5 million rubles in a cafe on Sadovo-Samotechnaya Street. According to the materials of the case, Leonid Makridenko, the prosecutor and the general director of VNIIEM Corporation JSC (a Russian instrument-making enterprise that is part of the Roscosmos structure), agreed on just such an amount. On the same day, an employee of the supervisory agency was taken to the capital’s Main Investigative Directorate of the ICR, where the woman was interrogated as part of an initiated criminal case under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (taking a bribe on an especially large scale), and then she was charged.
According to one version, Mrs. Kishkurno initiated an unscheduled inspection of the VNIIEM Corporation for the so-called operational necessity, however, not finding any serious violations there, she informed Mr. Makridenko that they had nevertheless been identified. At the same time, Ms. Kishkurno emphasized that for a fee of 5 million rubles. it is possible to draw up a report on the absence of violations of the law allegedly committed by the enterprise. The head of the corporation pretended to agree to the prosecutor’s proposal, but at the same time filed a statement with the FSB, which took control of the situation. Already under the control of the Chekists, Mr. Makridenko agreed with Mrs. Kishkurno to meet in a cafe, where he handed her 100 thousand rubles. and a “doll” imitating 4.9 million rubles. On Wednesday at 19.20 Moscow Prosecutor’s Assistant, 29-year-old lawyer Elena Kishkurno stopped her SUV in front of house number 10 on Kutuzovsky Prospekt.
Nearby are many elite stores, and robbers lying in wait for lonely business women.
Elena parked her Land Rover, which she drives by proxy (the owner of the foreign car is an 80-year-old Muscovite).
As soon as Elena tried to get out of the car, three unknown swarthy men ran up to the SUV and pushed the assistant prosecutor into the passenger compartment.
Once inside the cabin, the criminals transplanted the woman into the back seat and drove in an unknown direction. On the way, the robbers began to search the interior of the car and gut the purse.
They took away Kishkurno’s mobile phone, 500 euros, did not disdain 1,500 rubles, and took off her watch and rings. After that, the robbers landed their victim on Builders Street. But the criminals failed to escape.
The fact is that a satellite alarm was installed in the car. Kishkurno told the operator of the SPS “V – Trak” the password word, and the automation stopped the car. The engine of the car was blocked, and the criminals had to flee. At about one in the morning, Kishkurno, having regained consciousness, turned to the police.
Izvestia.Ru, 06/26/2009, “Bandits removed jewelry worth 600 thousand rubles from the assistant prosecutor”: The attack on 28-year-old assistant prosecutor Elena Kishkurno is striking in its audacity. On Wednesday at 19.20 she parked her Land Rover at a store at 10 Kutuzovsky Prospect. After gagging the victim, they pushed her back into the car. One hijacker got behind the wheel, two of them sat in the back seat on either side of the frightened woman.
One of the eyewitnesses immediately called the police. The task force went to the scene, but did not catch anyone. Meanwhile, Land Rover rolled around the capital for several hours with a captive inside. During this time, the robbers emptied the victim’s purse (there were only 1,500 rubles and 500 euros) and removed all jewelry from her – watches, earrings, rings. Subsequently, she valued the stolen property at 600,000 rubles.
Only closer to midnight, the robbers threw the victim out of the car on Builders Street. They did not know that the car was equipped with a satellite anti-theft system (SPS). Once free, the woman, through the SPS operator, blocked the engine. But not doors. As soon as the engine stopped working, the raiders took to their heels. And Elena, stunned by what she had experienced, only reached the police station by one in the morning. — Inset K.ru
The Dorogomilovo police department already knew about the incident and tried to detain the criminals at the scene. Witnesses saw the woman being pushed into the car and called 02.
The foreign car was not found at the scene of the incident, because the robbers drove the prosecutor’s office employee around Moscow in the evening for a long time. Elena Kishkurno estimated the damage at 600,000 rubles. Daring robbers are looking for.
