In the last three years the name Ahmed Bilalova did not walk around the Russian information field. It seems that now they are persistently trying to return it there. Moreover, by the efforts of another offended and dismissed state media figure.
The former president of the Golf Association of the Russian Federation, a United Russia party accused of corruption, denied everything, tried to file lawsuits against Dmitry Kozak, Kirill Androsov, Alexander Tkachev, Mikhail Gutseriev, Stanislav Kuznetsov and many others. He claimed that he had been threatened and tried to “poison, like Litvinenko“.
The plan failed, the retired official and his brother Magomed (co-owner of OAO Krasnaya Polyana), decided to leave Russia, making sure that there were reports in the media about poisoning of Akhmed Bilalov mercury and molybdenum.
Since then, the brothers have not appeared in the Russian Federation, but, having improved their health in Baden-Baden, they moved to the USA.
Shadow income
The next scandalous news came from there. Ahmed Bilalov was detained in the USA for violation of the rules of stay on a nonimmigrant visa. On May 2, 2016, he entered the United States as a nonimmigrant, but was unable to leave in accordance with the conditions of his stay, according to the Immigration Service. Bilalov was detained on October 23, 2019 at his Florida home by Immigration and Customs Enforcement officers.
A few days later it released on bail.
Last year, Akhmed Bilalov rallied his forces, went on the offensive and filed another lawsuit in an American court. The plaintiff claims that the “Resorts of the North Caucasus” were stolen from him in the Russian Federation. To clarify, the joint-stock company was created by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 14, 2010 No. 833. There was no loud reaction, the Bilalovs did not hit the top news, the conversations subsided again.
But now Akhmed Bilalov was remembered by the same one who accused him of theft, considered his shadow income, his former deputy Rostislav Murzagulov, who, on the contrary, was in sight all these years.
Changed shoes deputy
Rostislav Murzagulov, who began his media career as a TV presenter, moved from North Caucasus Resorts to Bashkortostan, where in October 2018 he received the position of Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bashinform JSC. He was considered the unofficial curator of information policy in the republic. Along the way, since December 2018, he headed the Ufa football club.
In December 2020, he became chairman of the Public Chamber of Bashkiria, to which he came from the Union of Volunteers of Russia. However, six months later, Murzagulov left the OP of his own free will. The reason was his hostile relationship with FC Ak Bars, Tatarstan scientists (historians and linguists) and journalists. Ufa commentators connected Murzagulov’s departure not only with his own desire, but also with dissatisfaction in the ruling circles of Bashkiria with his activities.
Rostislav Murzagulov’s social activity has moved to social networks. On June 18, on the page on the social network Vkontakte, on behalf of Rostislav Murzagulov, the following was stated version of events: “My senior friend Akhmed Bilalov became the first who managed to drag the claim against Sberbank to consideration on the merits. In a New York court, right one of these days we will hear many most curious details about how all sorts of Grefs-Cossacks-Tkachevs and other Russian kings robbed and drenched and were engaged in their other pleasant routine. Hundreds of pages of the lawsuit are as fascinating as Akunin’s book. Or, rather, Harari, who considers a person to be quite an ordinary animal. After reading the lawsuit, it’s hard to argue with him.
Didn’t work well
The lawsuit was filed on June 6, 2021, and the judges had a maximum of 365 days to dismiss or accept on the merits. The news then did not cause a stir in the media, since previously all such cases were stopped at an early stage. Bilalov has brought accusations of complicity in serious crimes, including assassination attempts and raiding, against numerous top Russian politicians and economics, such as Dmitry Kozak, German GrefKirill Androsov, Alexander Tkachev, Mikhail Gutseriev, Stanislav Kuznetsov and others.
Pravo.Ru, 05/25/2021, “Akhmed Bilalov filed a lawsuit against Gref and Sberbank in a New York court”: Former head of North Caucasus Resorts Akhmed Bilalov filed a lawsuit against German Gref and Sberbank. The application was filed with the Southern District of New York. The case is substantiated by the American law on racketeers and corrupt organizations (RICO), follows from the case card. — Inset K.ru
According to the statement of claim, the defendants, with the help of corrupt ties in the Russian authorities and forged documents, carried out a raider seizure of a ski resort owned by the plaintiff.
The court materials describe in detail how Bilalov was repeatedly offered “in a good way” to cede his enterprise for a pittance to businessman Mikhail Gutseriev. After the plaintiff refused the deal, he was put under pressure by the aforementioned, unequivocal threats were made against him. It is probably connected with this that in the same period the helicopter with Bilalov crashed, in which he survived. Then Akhmed Bilalov was poisoned with mercury and underwent long-term treatment in a German clinic, documents about which were also presented to the court.
As a result of the raider seizure, Bilalov lost his property, but after recovering and moving to a permanent place of residence in the United States, he sent a claim to Sberbank demanding compensation. Further, representatives of the Russian authorities and Sberbank entered into negotiations with the plaintiff, however, in parallel, as it turned out later, a criminal case was fabricated against him in Russia and an attempt was made to deport him from the United States to the Russian Federation. However, the American authorities refused to deport the authorities of the Russian Federation.
Kirill Androsov, ex-Deputy Chief of Staff of the Government of the Russian Federation, tried to dissuade Bilalov from filing a lawsuit against Sberbank. Further, an active employee of the Russian FSB came to Bilalov, and threats were again voiced, in particular, that Bilalov, if filed a lawsuit, would repeat the fate of Litvinenko, Skripal and other opponents of the Russian establishment.
