The Federation Council criticized the calls of the philosopher Dugin for repression in Russia
Any calls for repression or extrajudicial killings in Russia are unconstitutional.
This was stated in Telegramchannel, the head of the Constitutional Committee of the Federation Council Andrei Klishas, criticizing the opinion of the philosopher Alexander Dugin, who had previously said that Russia needed censorship and repression.
The senator reminded Dugin that according to Article 29 of the Constitution, freedom of the mass media is guaranteed in Russia. Censorship is officially prohibited in the country.
“Constitution, Article 46. Everyone is guaranteed judicial protection of his rights and freedoms,” Klishas added.
