[…] money will be confiscated from Safonov, although the houses in Stavropol – that same mansion – and the village of Novomaryevskaya (an hour’s drive from the regional capital) will not be touched. The ex-boss and his relatives will not lose property.
– The claim is partially satisfied, as follows from the operative part of the decision, the equivalent cost of the house was recovered, – KP-Stavropol was specified in the press service of the Industrial Court of Stavropol.
That is, the houses remain in the possession of Safonov, although they will have to be paid for. And yet it is not clear where the ex-boss will take the money that will have to be given to the state. It is possible that the property will have to be sold. — Inset K.ru
