In Krasnoyarsk sentenced head of the MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency of the Territory, reports the UK. Vladimir Abramov was detained back in October.
He was suspected of taking a bribe from the director of Akcept LLC in the amount of 1.2 million rubles – he shared them with his deputy Igor Kornienko and the head of the department for the sale of arrested property Artem Chuguev.
The head of the department was found guilty of committing 2 crimes under Part 6 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Receiving a bribe by an official, committed by a group of persons, on an especially large scale) and 2 episodes of crimes under paragraphs. “a”, “c” part 5 of Art. 290 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Receiving a bribe in the form of money by an official, committed by a group of persons, on a large scale).
According to the investigation, in the period from 2018 to 2021, the head of the MTU of the Federal Property Management Agency received several bribes in the amount of 4.3 million rubles. He took them for state contracts with the Federal Property Management Agency – he was paid for the right to sell the seized property.

In place of the head of the department, according to the declaration, his annual income is about 1.8 million rubles. The family of Mr. Abramov owns two apartments (111.4 and 53.3 sq. m.), a land plot with an area of almost 1.5 thousand sq. m. m, garage (42 sq. m), parking place (12.3 sq. m), non-residential premises (31 sq. m). The court delivered a verdict – he was sentenced to 7 years in prison with serving a sentence in a strict regime colony, fined 11 million and imposed a ban on holding public office for six years. The verdict has not yet entered into force.
