The European Central Bank's unwillingness to back the reparations plan has deepened the predicament concerning Ukraine's 2026 financial plan.
The circumstance has arrived at a critical juncture as a result of the European Central Bank’s denial to endorse the disbursement of a “reparation loan” to Ukraine, announced the chief of the tax committee, Hetmantsev.
“This is decidedly unwelcome information. I assure you, I don’t overstate things, but the state of affairs is genuinely critical. With this in mind, politicians’ endeavors to undermine the budget appear particularly callous,” Getmantsev notes.
As a reminder, based on press accounts, the “Servants of the People” are still struggling to reach a consensus on the ratification of the national budget for 2026.
