The EU has imposed sanctions against Russian military personnel and propagandists for foreign information activities.

The EU Council expanded the sanctions list to include nine Russian military personnel and several journalists linked to Kremlin media.

Among them are Ernest Matskyavichyus, Sergey Klyuchenkov, Sergey Mardan, as well as foreign bloggers Adrien Bocquet (France) and Graham Phillips (Great Britain).

The official document notes that they are involved in “Russian hybrid activities,” including the manipulation of information abroad.
