The blogger filed the petition in October 2025. The judge gave the couple three months to reconcile, but Dzhigan's attempts to save the family were unsuccessful. Only their representatives attended the hearing.
Dzhigan intends to challenge the prenuptial agreement signed in 2020 while he was in rehab. According to the agreement, after the divorce, all marital property goes to his ex-wife.
The couple had been together since 2010 and married in 2012. They have four children: three girls and a boy. They tried to divorce in 2020, but love and Oksana's patience prevailed.
