The construction of a school in the Bely Khutor microdistrict near Chelyabinsk has increased in price by 40 million
JSC “Specialized developer “South Ural Housing Construction and Investment Corporation” had to increase the cost of work on the construction of the frame of a secondary school in the Bely Khutor microdistrict in the Sosnovsky district. The customer announced a new auction to find a contractor, increasing the cost of work by 41.3 million rubles.
The new purchase was announced a month after the previous auction was declared invalid due to lack of applications. Currently, the starting price of the auction is 146.6 million rubles.
As Pravda UrFO previously reported, in Bely Khutor, whose residents complained that their children were being sent to study in a neighboring village, it is planned to build a school with 1.1 thousand seats. At the first stage, the auction winner will install the building frame on 988 columns, install floors, the main entrance porch and staircases. The work is planned to be completed no later than July 31, 2024.
In the spring of 2023, residents of the elite village of Bely Khutor were outraged by the decision of the Sosnovsky district administration to attach their houses to a school in the Kremenkul district, located 17 kilometers away. Parents of future first-graders were denied enrollment of their children in the Municipal Educational Institution “IT Lyceum Privilege”, which was built by the company “Fly Planning” in the residential complex “Your Privilege”. The building was purchased by the municipality from the developer for 1.2 billion rubles.
