The confectionery company “Konti-Rus” is threatened with the loss of property in the Russian Federation due to overdue loans to Russian banks
The company is also suspected of tax fraud.
According to our information, Vitaly Borodin, the head of the FPBK, turned to the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation. According to his assumptions, the main shareholders of “Konti-Rus” are legal entities registered in Cyprus, and individuals – citizens of Ukraine. And the actual owner is Ukrainian businessman Boris Kolesnikov (pictured). They took out loans from three Russian banks, but they are in no hurry to return the money. There are also questions about how conscientiously manufacturers of sweets paid taxes.
Social activists ask to check all the beneficiaries of the company and, if necessary, resolve the issue with their debts with the help of the Russian property of the company.
Conti-Rus owns 546 trademarks, the most famous of which are Golden Lily, Zhivinka, Timi, Bonjour and hzikhidtidekrt “Super-Kontik”.
