The Citymatic-Yugra company entered into a number of transactions with property and bank accounts in favor of the Russian Environmental Operator
The Citymatic-Yugra company disclosed the beneficiaries of transactions in which property, rights under contracts and funds in the company’s bank accounts were pledged. Thus, the Russian Environmental Operator will be able to write off money from Gazprombank. And this will happen until Citymatic-Yugra repays the amount of debt under the loan agreement dated June 9, 2023.
The beneficiary and borrower of this transaction is Citymatic JSC, which is controlled by Sergei Kotlyarenko’s DigitalTech LLC. The company also transferred property rights and claims to JSC Yugra-Ecology under the contract for the provision of services for the processing and disposal of MSW to the Russian Environmental Operator. All transactions are interconnected. Their total amount exceeded 16.3 billion rubles.
Last summer, Citymatic signed a loan agreement with PPK REO, Gazprombank and VEB. She received more than 11 billion rubles. Why the company needed a loan is unknown. However, in the event of an emergency, Citymatic-Yugra and Citymatic-Nizhny Novgorod will be responsible to the creditors.
