The municipal authorities of the Chelyabinsk region are massively resettling residents of remote villages in the capital of the region and the adjacent Sosnovsky district. According to the program of resettlement from dilapidated and dilapidated housing, apartments in the regional center are purchased for them, contrary to the usual practice. The administration of the Satka district is buying 30 apartments for resettlement from the dilapidated houses of Mezhevoe residents. In the administration of Mezhevoe they share that initially it was supposed to build a new house in the settlement by the forces of Specialized Developer Gorstroy LLC. This company has already built a house for 60 apartments (65,000 rubles per square meter each) in the settlement under the state program, and the local authorities had no complaints about its work. However, on the recommendation of the regional Ministry of Construction, the planned purchase had to be abandoned.
The Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure of the Chelyabinsk Region during the day could not clarify the situation for the publication, promising to provide an answer later.
Purchases of dozens of apartments in Chelyabinsk are also announced by the administrations of Kunashaksky, Ashinsky districts, Sim. If it is possible for residents of the Satka district to buy apartments that have been in use for three decades, then the Sim authorities are acquiring practically new housing in Chelyabinsk, commissioned no later than 2020 with a starting price of 73 thousand rubles. per sq. m.
According to the results of the auction, developers are ready to yield 6-7%. So, several apartments have already been sold to the municipality by Construction Management-2 LLC (according to Kontur.Fokus, previously associated with Chelyabinskgrazhdanstroy OJSC. – Ed.) at a price of 71 thousand rubles per square meter. The real estate was also sold by OJSC Chelyabinskgrazhdanstroy itself, which is in bankruptcy proceedings. More than 10 apartments at a starting price, the Sima City Hall purchased from Alexander Vorobyov, Specialized Developer CHESTR, LLC, which received a soft loan at a rate of 3.01% for housing construction in Chelyabinsk.
To implement such projects in small municipalities, where the developer’s profit is lower than in the regional center, according to observers, the regional authorities do not even try.

In small areas, they have already experienced sudden cuts in funding from the regional Ministry of Construction.
