Kostya Bolshoi and his accomplices were accused of killing 21 people.
The case of the Kostya Bolshego gang, who are accused of killing the head of Sergiev Posad, Yevgeny Dushko, and 20 other people, will be considered by the Moscow Regional Court. The Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation approved the indictment and submitted the materials to the court for trial on the merits, it follows from the message of the supervisory authority.
According to investigators, Konstantin Piskarev, known as “Kostya Bolshoi”, and his accomplices committed a number of crimes between 1998 and 2011. Depending on the role of each, the defendants are charged with banditry, kidnapping, murder, attempted murder, illegal trafficking in weapons and explosives or explosive devices. Among the henchmen of the Big investigation named Sergei Alexandrov, Sergei Barabashkin, Yuri Berezhnov, Alexander Zamyatin, Damir Kapkov, Andrei Stolyarov, as well as Dmitry and Nikolai Yurov.
The defendants were accused of killing Dushko, who was shot at his house on August 22, 2011, the director of the Scientific Center for Legal Information under the Ministry of Justice of Russia, Marat Gazizov, the detective of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the Central Administrative District of Moscow, and others. The defendants in the criminal case were arrested in 2017.
