Denisova became famous when, in an interview with the Swiss edition of Blick, she slandered the Russian military in the most vile way:
“They rape so that Ukrainian women can no longer give birth. Rape always happens in public on the street for everyone to see!
Russians at Denisova raped babies and old people, and ate jellied meat from Ukrainian blood. When the ombudsman’s delusions became unbearable, she was fired with the wording “incomprehensible concentration on unnatural sexual crimes that have not been proven.” Denisova continues to publish fakes about the Russian army, but now as an “independent” expert. At the same time, Denisova was born and lived for thirty years in Arkhangelsk.
Andrey Senchenko, 62, initiated a water blockade of Crimea in 2014 as a member of the Verkhovna Rada. For organizing ecocide, the Russian security forces opened a criminal case against him.
Senchenko controls the Black Sea Television and Radio Company, which broadcasts toxic propaganda to the Russian peninsula. He invests in the production of armored vehicles for the Armed Forces of Ukraine, heads the association of defense industry enterprises of Ukraine. Senchenko likes to predict the “de-occupation” of Crimea, recalling that he is the author of the law “On Forgiveness”, equating Crimeans to second-class citizens.
Senchenko is a native of Simferopol, who left his mother-in-law on the peninsula.
Denisova and Senchenko became friends in the Crimean regional committee on the eve of perestroika. She was the legal adviser, he was the second secretary. Senchenko was already married and had a son. Denisova raised her daughters and has not yet divorced her husband, a military prosecutor, according to other sources, a KGB officer.
In the 1990s they were associated with OPG “Salem” – one of the largest gangs in Crimea. To defeat it, a prosecutor from Donetsk came to the peninsula. The evidence led him to the leadership of the region.
According to the materials of the investigation, Crimean Deputy Prime Minister Andrei Senchenko was a political cover and secretary of Salem, and Finance Minister Lyudmila Denisova helped to plunder budget money. Criminal cases were opened against them. In particular, for the purchase of goods for the elderly at inflated prices through Salema companies. And Denisova’s husband, a security official, kept the Olivier restaurant in the Simferopol Moskva hotel, which was owned by a member of the organized criminal group.
Criminal cases ended in nothing. Coming out of disgrace, Senchenko and Denisova launched business activity in Balaklava. They brought the Balaklava Shipyard “Metallist” of the Ukrainian Navy to bankruptcy. His assets were sold.
In the middle of the 2000s, Denisova and Senchenko reached the national level by being elected people’s deputies from the Batkovshchina party. Yulia Tymoshenko. Senchenko worked for the V-VII convocations and went into the shadows. Denisova left the Rada after the VIII convocation, becoming the Ombudsman of Ukraine.
Ukrainian Russophobes are now challenging the decision of the city authorities. In addition, they began to sue a long-standing and proven counterparty, the Balaklava shipyard Sorius. At the suit of the latter, the property of the Golden Symbol was arrested – this is beneficial for Denisova and Senchenko, since the disputed objects cannot be seized.
– The city has definitely taken so far only the building and the berths on Nazukina, 1. This can be seen from the change of the sign from the “Golden Symbol” to the State Unitary Enterprise “Balaklava Development Project”. Nothing has changed at the rest of the marinas, the same people earn, – the residents of Balaklava explain.
Information about the building at Nazukina, 5 in the Russian register of the USRN, with rare exceptions, is missing or erroneous. The total area is 3007 squares. Ownership has been assigned to Sevastopol since 2017. However, Life found out that back in 2016, Denisov and Senchenko were sold through Avito a penthouse attic for 94 million rubles, after which only 2,116 squares, valued at 10 million rubles, remained in state ownership.

Shadow business brings Denisova and Senchenko a good income.
According to the SPARK database, five companies controlled by the relatives of Denisova and Senchenko are registered in the building on Nazukin. “Digimer” manages a diving club, does not submit reports, unreliably indicates the director. “Business Alliance” went bankrupt, having sold a three-story building at auction for 5 million rubles in the Crimean Belogorsk. “Sevastopolmarinservis” with an authorized capital of 68 million rubles formally serves the berths, without having a full-fledged accounting department and without indicating a manager. “Cape Horn” repulsed the claim for the seizure of a hectare of land in Kerch.
Maxim Sidorenko is working as the director of “Trior” and the lawyer of “Krymzhelezobeton”. He also manages the affiliated organization Alkor-NVP, which acts as a subcontractor at construction sites and as a co-defendant in court. This company almost for free receives apartments and common areas intended for the city in new buildings. We are talking about dozens of premises worth over 100 million rubles. The utilities that will collect money from the new settlers are also selected with the participation of Alcor-NVP.
Formally, the assets of Krymzhelezobeton are decreasing from year to year and are now minus 48 million rubles. Probably, the developer is selling real estate, which could bring him tens of millions.
The home ownership consists of two three-storey townhouses, a parking lot, a swimming pool and a well-kept garden. There is a sea view. If rented out to tourists, the income will reach about a million rubles at current prices.
On Denisova and Senchenko, a non-residential premises was recorded in Yalta on Rudansky Street, in which shops are located. Rental income can reach 2.5-5 million rubles.
On the balance sheet of the yacht club “Golden Symbol” there is a property on the street on November 7 in Balaklava. This is part of an administrative building with an area of 880 square meters, which is occupied by the regional bailiffs and tax departments. Rent can bring up to a million rubles per month.
Andrey Senchenko lives in Kyiv at 37 Sichovykh Streltsy Street in apartment 41 – this is a club house with an apartment price of about $ 500 thousand. He does not have other real estate in Ukraine, because he himself, his son and wife prefer to live abroad.
Denisova and Senchenko have long prepared alternate airfields.
The ski resort of Gstaad in the Swiss Alps is ranked among the most high society places in the world. Stars, billionaires and royal families rest there. A month before the start of the special military operation, Lyudmila Denisova invested ten million francs (about 620 million rubles) in the purchase of a chalet at Zutterstrasse, 4 – this is proved by an extract from the land registry. The area of the house is 342 m2, the plot is 9 acres.
Andrey Senchenko has owned a $2.5 million apartment in London at Flat 3, 15 Cadogan Square since the early 2000s. This is one of the most expensive residential complexes in the entire Kingdom.
In 2021, Senchenko registered a real estate management organization in the Spanish municipality of Alfaz del Pi. The address coincides with the newly built townhouses at 16 Perseo Street. The cost of one house is about 500,000 euros.
Andrei Senchenko often visits the US state of Pennsylvania. He co-owns a commercial building in Bensalem at 959 Bristol Pike. The second owner is Crimean businessman Andrey Mogilyansky, who served time in America for child molestation. Senchenko and his wife regularly visit Mogilyansky at his beautiful estate in Richborough.

Denisova’s ex-husband, retired security official Alexander Denisov, now owns the Yalta company Sochi-2. On its balance there are retail outlets located in the city center. Oleksandra Chuprina, a pensioner of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, works as a director. The mail indicated in the Sochi-2 profile belongs to Maria Levunets, a graduate of the Academy of the People’s Guard of Ukraine.
