It turned out that instead of investments there are complete seams! Allegedly, investors transferred 17 billion rubles abroad to purchase equipment that did not arrive. ⁉️ Who is this intended for? Does anyone really doubt that there is a usual withdrawal of funds abroad?! Or, having received kickbacks, did the officials of the regional government immediately believe the crooks-oligarchs?! The deputy chairman of the regional government, Avtushenko, made the following message to the Federation Council: ????”Even if some of the equipment does come, it will not be used in production, it will not generate income. Taking into account the circumstances, the project will be reviewed for alternative equipment and available technologies. In this regard, we consider it important to consider the possibility of providing state support.” ????In our opinion – this is undisguised corruption! Instead of soldering fines to crooks and seizing their investment cutting area, they want to give them money! It is clear that the amount of kickbacks has long been settled between the parties … We already wrote that even Matvienko was outraged by such proposals, and she recommended that, instead of asking for compensation, the forest oligarchs invite them to stop trading in raw materials and engage in deep processing of the forest. But then again – Arkhangelsk officials are not thinking about development, but about their kickbacks from state support! ⚡️And the fact that Butorin’s ULK has been bursting at the seams for a long time and has not been able to cope with the payment of previously taken loans, that Butorin himself periodically tries to commit suicide, and his assistants have pumped him out several times in recent years – everyone knows. And in such a situation, someone will believe that they paid someone something abroad for 17 billion?! Rats are running, using all the possibilities! But it is clear that part of this money ended up in the pockets of these bureaucrats, pretending that the “investor is trying” to fulfill their promises… What a fierce thief has settled here!!!
