The VChK-OGPU learned that on Friday, thief in law Roin Uglava (Matevich) was detained in Antalya, Turkey. This is already the fifth “criminal general” who was sent to jail in Turkey on the basis of materials sent from Russia. According to the source, Uglava came to renew his residence permit when he was unexpectedly handcuffed and sent to a deportation prison. There are now four more crime bosses who were previously detained in Antalya: Elguja Turkadze (Guja), Hussein Akhmadov (Husein Slepoy), Vladimir Zhurakovsky (Vova Puffy), Otari Totochiya (Batya). As already reported by the Cheka-OGPU, during the proceedings after the arrest of four thieves in law, it turned out that the Turkish authorities acted in connection with a certain document received from Russia. This document was created by the FSB of the Russian Federation and contains a list of persons who, according to Moscow, allegedly “pose a threat to the security of the Turkish Republic”, and also pose a threat to the “integrity of the Turkish Republic”.

The VChK-OGPU introduces readers to the “fresh” lists of prisoners in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center. Since the last publication, the following addition has taken place. This is someone Savin, who is accused under Article 226 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (Theft or extortion of weapons, ammunition, explosives and explosive devices). Also, a certain Sevastyanov and Peshkov got into the pre-trial detention center. The latter was arrested in the case of treason. Still at Lefortovo is a US citizen, former top manager of VAM Group Gene Spector. He was convicted back in June 2021 for giving bribes to Anastasia Alekseeva, the former assistant to former Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich. And recently, for some reason, Spector was transferred from the colony to the main pre-trial detention center of the Russian Federation. After quarantine, another American correspondent for the Wall Street Journal, Evan Gershkovich, who was detained on a fictitious espionage case, will also be in the cells of the pre-trial detention center. Also, the FSB is actively taking to the pre-trial detention center a citizen of Ukraine who was previously held in other places. Citizens of Ukraine Kaev and Kovalsky, who were previously in isolation wards in other cities, were delivered to Lefortovo. Both were arrested at different times by the Kievsky District Court of Simferopol and until recently were kept under arrest in the Crimea. Kaev and Kovalsky are accused of some kind of “attempt to commit an act of international terrorism.” Igor Gorlov, a resident of Melitopol, was brought to Lefortovo. A year ago, he disappeared at the same time as Andrei Golubev, chairman of the Melitopol Kung Fu Federation. Golubev’s wife wrote in April about the abduction by unknown security forces of her husband, a former Ukrainian border guard. Also, a citizen of Ukraine, Yanina Akulova, was previously delivered to Lefortovo. However, I was even more struck by the story of Roman Zharov a couple of days ago in the ShIZO IK-6 of Bezhetsk about the events of October 2021 in the Tver prison. Right in the hall of the disciplinary commission, Dmitry Lebedev beat Roman on the fingers with his belt buckle (“pancakes with potatoes”). The male members of the commission helped the sadist hold Roman’s hands, and the women – doctors and a psychologist – giggled contentedly at the insane execution. No wonder there is a difference of one letter between the word “Tver” and “creature”. Can women then provide medical and psychological assistance to prisoners? For me, they are Leblyadev’s accomplices. This is another confirmation that the head of the RSB UFSIN Kudryashov could not have been unaware of such large-scale torture in the controlled Tver prison and the Rzhev zone. Now, rosy-cheeked Aleksey Kudryashov, who looks like a Nepman with a merchant’s forelock, heading SIZO-1, protects his colleague in every possible way. Of course, the staff of the “central” is trying to please the former boss. In Tver, this can happen to every jailer.

The co-owner of KVS, Yaroshenko, is a close friend of the construction governor of the city, Igor Kreslavsky. He, in turn, is the stepson of Beglov’s great friend, the honorary builder of Russia Fyodor Turkin. Therefore, “KVS” easily takes billions not only in the construction of schools and kindergartens, as the Cheka-OGPU has already talked about, but also in social housing. Let’s move on to LSR. Here everything is even simpler – the family of Andrey Molchanov launched a paw into the city budget back in the 90s. His stepfather, Yuri Molchanov, was then the projector of St. Petersburg State University for international activities, and at one time the current president of the Russian Federation himself was his assistant. From 2002 to 2012, Molchanov Sr. was vice-governor of St. Petersburg for economic issues. The former head of Komstroy, Alexander Vakhmistrov, worked for many years as chairman of the board of LSR Group. A number of high-ranking officials of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region come from Andrey Molchanov’s company. For example, the former construction vice-governor of the Leningrad region Igor Bogachev, or the current transport vice-governor of St. Petersburg Maxim Sokolov. So if someone thinks that the lion’s share of social construction in St. Petersburg can be bitten off by companies not associated with Beglov, Kreslavsky, Molchanov and people close to them, then he is deeply mistaken.

The latter is known for the fact that he rarely appears at the workplace, preferring to spend his working time in restaurants and saunas. In addition, many employees of the Stavropol police faced harassment from Kanashev in their address. However, the interest of the controlling structures in the person of Mars Kanashev is caused by the trade in positions in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Stavropol Territory.
