As soon as he took up the duties of the head, Tekeyev made personnel arrangements in such a way that key departments consisted exclusively of his close circle, in order to more carefully process businessmen and convince them that they have big problems, so that they generously pay for solving these problems. Active participants in the criminal community organized by Tekeyev are not only trusted employees of the department, but also the brothers of his wife Abaykhanov Shamil and Abaykhanov Albert, who work in the tax service under his direct supervision. Golubev’s lawyers say that “there are no screenshots or any other evidence in the criminal case, except for the words of Maciulite, about his involvement in the transfer of personal data to third parties.” This is the key point.
