Putin’s decree on reshuffles in the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation shows how the recent war between clans close to Vladimir Kolokoltsev ended. The first of them is the clan of the “gray cardinal” of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the head of the GUSB, Alexander Makarov. The second is a clan of generals who have known Kolokoltsev for a very long time, among whom Oleg Baranov, head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for Moscow, stands out. The fight was for “golden” posts in the system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, and therefore for great influence and big money. First of all, for the position of the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District. Makarov saw in him his longtime protégé, Mikhail Lobanov. The latter made a quick career, thanks to Makarov he became the head of the Moscow Department of Economic Crime, but was urgently needed to close the “loothole”. In St. Petersburg, the local BEP drew the wrath of the powers that be, the chair staggered under the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs for St. Petersburg Roman Plugin (Makarov’s friend). We urgently needed a man who would organize the work of the BEP of the northern capital and take the blow away from Plugin. Makarov sent Lobanov to the St. Petersburg BEP with the promise that in a year he would return to a good place in Moscow. The position of the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District is a good place – both financially and prestigiously. At the same time, Makarov actively promoted Denis Maslov, the deputy head of the UBEP of Moscow, who had worked in senior positions in the Internal Affairs Directorate of ZAO for a very long time and even successfully survived the illegal detention of Ivan Golunov. However, other applicants were found for the position of the head of the Central Administrative District of the Central Administrative District – the team of Oleg Baranov. They, in turn, have already painted such a scheme. The Department of Internal Affairs of the Central Administrative District is headed by Oleg Paukov, Deputy Head of the MUR. In this case, his father, the head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for the Moscow Region, Viktor Paukov, leaves his place, and Igor Zinoviev, Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation for Moscow, comes to this position. To him, the deputy chief, in turn, is the head of the Department of Internal Affairs of the South Administrative District Dmitry Ryabov. In the midst of the “war of the generals” there was a gigantic scandal with an attempt by senior officials of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in Moscow to “run into” God Nisanov’s partners. As a result, Baranov’s personal friend Boris Sheinkin, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of ZAO Boris Sheinkin, and the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the South Administrative District, Ryabov, lost their posts. Zinoviev’s career was in question, but the source says that so far Baranov and Co. have managed to defend him. After that, it would seem that Makarov’s victory is inevitable. But it was not there. Under the current appointments, he was completely left without sweet spots. Lobanov was sent to the non-prestigious Department of Internal Affairs of the South Administrative District (and this despite the fact that he has the position of the head of the Moscow Department of Economic Crimes in his asset). Maslov goes to the “empty” transport department. And the place of the chief of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Central Administrative District is still occupied by Oleg Paukov. Let’s see who will take the place of the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Closed Joint-Stock Company and the Internal Affairs Directorate of the SZAO (it was vacated after the resignation of Romeiko-Gurko).

A source regarding the latest activity of Viktor Medvedchuk: “At a meeting in the Presidential Administration, it was decided to resume the Medvedchuk project in the form of a “political alternative to Zelensky.” At the same time, everyone understands that the “Medvedchuk project” can be effective if you are a participant in this campaign and it is only about replenishing your well-being. This time, only a limited circle of people will be allowed to cut the project budget. In the near future, we will see confirmation of this when the information campaign to popularize Medvedchuk as “a popular Ukrainian politician capable of stopping the war” begins to grow. The campaign promises to be large-scale, as it is fairly flavored with budget money. In parallel with this, since last week, the reorganization of the distribution of budgets of political technologists working on projects under the Presidential Administration has begun. Some were excommunicated from projects due to “budget cuts”, which fully explains the appearance of funds to revive the Medvedchuk project. Medvedchuk himself does not have far-reaching ambitions, since he estimates the chances for successful resuscitation in the Ukrainian political space as approximately equal to zero. In the Russian political space, his chances are even lower. But cutting money promises to be glorious ”

As it became known to the Cheka-OGPU, a scandal is again brewing in the ranks of the Almaz-Antey concern related to a possible leak of data constituting a state secret. Since 2018, Expatel LLC, being one of the “permanent” subcontractors of Almaz-Antey Stroy LLC, has engaged subcontractors that do not have the appropriate licenses to work with materials constituting state secrets, thereby transferring the relevant project documentation to them and allowing their employees to enter the sensitive facility. It is also known that the owner of Expatel LLC, Yuzefovich Igor Sergeevich, in 2021 registered the National Progress party under No. 70 in the party lists of the Republic of Moldova. As has already become a good tradition in the circles of the Almaz-Antey concern (withdrawal of access to state secrets of the general director of the SPRN), members of the family of Yuzefovich I.S. have long lived in London and have English citizenship.

Maximum repost please! At my disposal were the documents of the participants of the sensational New Year’s Eve VIP hunting in the Yaroslavl region. These people staged a bloody massacre, illegally killing 20 moose and moose. A criminal case has been initiated under the article “poaching”, a district hunter has been placed under house arrest. However, the “main characters” are still behind the scenes. Let’s deanonymize these flayers! If you know something about them, please write to me in the chat. The country must know its “heroes”! ???? @Hinshtein_ask_bot

The Presnensky Court of Moscow refused to consider the criminal case of the team of the “Police Ombudsman” Yevgeny Moiseev, Irina Andina and Vasily Fedorov. After the conspiracy of the leadership of the Moscow police with the prosecutor’s office and the Lublin court was revealed with the help of the posts of the Cheka-OGPU, the case was hastily sent to the Presnensky court. But the judge of the Presnensky District Court, Elena Abramova, decided that another court should consider the case. The investigation did not pay attention to the fact that the place where the crime under Part 3 of Art. 306 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (knowingly false denunciation) is considered the place of transfer of the statement to the police officer, and indicated in the indictment that it was transferred in Mordovia. Accordingly, the case was to be sent to one of the courts of Mordovia, which was requested by Moiseev. The only thing that could be achieved in the Moscow police through their patrons in the Moscow City Court was to leave the case in Moscow. On January 24, 2023, the case was sent to the Tverskoy Court of Moscow. More precisely, the matter was simply shoved there. Most likely, they will try to “shove” the case to Judge Alexei Krivoruchko (he considered the Magnitsky case), who is completely controlled by the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Main Directorate of the Main Directorate of Moscow.

As promised by the sources of the Cheka-OGPU, after an unsuccessful trip to St. Petersburg, Prigozhin and PMC Wagner shifted their focus from the battlefield to information policy. And insults are now being poured not on Gerasimov, but on the not dangerous Strelkov.

A VChK-OGPU source said that an underbarrel grenade was found near the Perkhushkovo station in the Odintsovo district of the Moscow region in the courtyard of a private house. Now the sappers are waiting.
