Searches, interrogations, criminal cases – in Sevastopol they “do not notice” the forgery of documents. Who impudently “covers” the family contract of the Samarskaya-Mandritsky advertisers, despite the criminal cases? The law enforcement agencies of the city of Sevastopol initiated two criminal cases on the fact of the use of deliberately false documents giving permission to continue the use of illegally installed advertising planes. Who, how and why it happened read here…

With an open heart and a bandaged mouth. What to do for those who stay in Russia On January 26, we asked you to write to us about how your life has changed over the past year. Honestly, we did not expect that there would be so many letters. We have received several hundred messages from cities, villages, military units. Coverage – almost the entire territory of Russia. We are still going through emails and replying. If you have not received a response yet, it means that we have not yet reached your letter, but we will definitely get there and answer everyone. Thank you so much for the letters, the detailed and often very personal story about yourself, your life, your families. Having processed all the letters, we plan to make a large text that, in structure and meaning, will resemble an analytical research report written in our style. That is, not the language of an analytical report. But besides that, you pointed us to several topics at once that are important to write and talk about right now. We are somewhat obsessed with military operations, having missed many topics that are not directly related to the war, but are important for us. We will correct this distortion. And let’s start with a topic that appears in almost every letter. What to do for those who are against Putin, against the war, but remain in Russia? For illustration, we, in agreement with the author, took one of the letters, which reflects all the wildness of what is happening inside Russia. This and other letters convinced us that it is time to speak out about how to cope with what is happening, how to resist it, how to live to the end of this madness, save yourself and, perhaps, lay the first stones of a future state in which you will want to live and work. We do not believe in a “beautiful Russia of the future.” It is difficult to believe in an abstraction in which everyone puts (or does not put) their own meaning. Yes, in our opinion, and it makes no sense. We consider it much more important to talk about specific people and believe in specific people – in you. That it is you who will be able to build a new country. And we believe that this construction begins today. It begins with everyone who wonders what to do for those who stayed in Russia. We collected advice in the text, it will begin with the very letter that has already been mentioned. We do not say that the advice is the only true and correct one, but they helped each of us both before the war and after it began. They helped all those who found themselves in a minority in their own country and could not or did not want to leave it. According to Volyamedia Compromising 2.0 @kompr

Czech authorities have launched an investigation into real estate in Karlovy Vary owned by the family of Russian Minister of Education Sergei Kravtsov, ČT24 TV channel reports. Last December, Important Stories wrote that the minister’s relatives own four apartments in Karlovy Vary. Three of them belong to the minister’s mother and father, Alla Kravtsova and Sergey Brown, and one more belongs to the mother, father and alleged brother, Yuri Brown. The value of the Kravcova family’s real estate is estimated by ČT24 at “tens of millions of kroons”. Ten million Czech crowns is about 33 million rubles. Kravtsov’s mother, who lives in the Czech Republic, told reporters that the property was purchased in accordance with Czech law. According to Kravtsova, her son has not been in Karlovy Vary for several years, she communicates with him on the phone. The woman refused to discuss Kravtsov’s attitude to the war. Kravtsov is the hero of the Important Stories guide to foreign assets of the Russian elite. You can read more about his family’s property in the Czech Republic here. We also wrote that in 2016, Kravtsov, as a needy person, received a subsidy from the state for the purchase of housing in the amount of 16.6 million rubles. I am trying to deal with the scandal about the production of military uniforms by the Gardarika Design Bureau, which was founded by the 22-year-old son of the deputy head of the Federal Property Management Agency, Artem Stepanenko. The scandal appeared after the media found out that the cost of a regular summer kit on the company’s website was 140,000, and its winter version was 210,000. I wanted to understand who is such a powerful lobbyist, who could push through the purchase of “golden” camouflage for the Russian Ministry of Defense. The NTV story, which essentially provoked this scandal, says that the Ministry of Defense, before placing a state defense order with this company, listened to the Cossacks, who were allowed to test the uniform and after which the Ministry of Defense ordered a batch of 5,000 sets of uniforms. That is, the Cossacks were the main initiator of placing the state defense order with this particular company. The production of Artyom Stepanenko’s military uniform is located in the Yaroslavl region, whose governor until recently was Dmitry Mironov and the government was headed by Artyom’s father, Dmitry Stepanenko. In this story, it is also interesting that a close friend and senior friend of Father Artem Stepanenko, Assistant to the President Dmitry Mironov, is the chairman of the presidential council on Cossacks.
