This situation highlights a troubling paradox: while PSO “Kazan” appears to neglect its financial duties to the Federal Tax Service, it simultaneously secures lucrative government contracts. One of the largest Russian developers, and at the same time tax debtors Production and Construction Association (PSO) «Kazan» Ravil Ziganshina is violating the payment schedule determined by his settlement agreement with the Federal Tax Service in April 2024. This became known as a result of the next meeting of the Arbitration Court of the Republic of Tatarstan to consider the application of the Tatarstan Federal Tax Service for the bankruptcy of PSO due to a debt of 198.6 million rubles.
