The reason for the scandalous accident, during which the car with a flasher of the leader of the party “Fair Russia – For Truth” Sergei Mironov knocked down a courier at a pedestrian crossing – in a sense of absolute impunity of the parliamentarian. We found out that Mironov’s car (by the way, bought at a budget expense in violation of the law) regularly violates traffic rules, driving on a dedicated line, collecting 5,000 fines that are not paid. Moreover, if the deputy’s car was stopped by a traffic police inspector, they would be deprived of their rights. But who will stop the “blue bucket”? Rush further! Now Mironov, the Moscow Mayor’s Office and the Presidential Administration are shifting the blame to the courier, and the deputy is also playing the “good gentleman”, to whom the victim must kiss dirty feet for the operation.
On June 8, the head of the Just Russia Sergei Mironov, one of the leaders of the so-called systemic opposition, raced along Sretenka on Hyundai Genes with a prestigious license plate a129mr97 on very important matters. The cases were so important (the parliamentarian was in a hurry to advertise on television) that the deputy’s car, in order not to stand in a traffic jam next to mere mortals, taxied into the oncoming lane (!) And knocked down a man right at the pedestrian crossing. An ordinary hard worker – a courier.
The boss himself did not even stick his nose out of the car, hiding behind tinted windows . And later he took the suitcase in his hand and quietly moved to another car.
This behavior of the servant of the people reminded us of the actions of the ex-chairman of the Legislative Assembly of the Chelyabinsk Region Vladimir Myakush in a similar situation: when his car turned three people into invalids, the driver ran to hide the numbers, and Myakush himself moved into another car and calmly drove on – to the holiday. It looks like this typical behavior for Russian parliamentarians: both for regional, and for federal, and for United Russia, and for fair Russians … The mandate completely deprives of conscience.
“I didn’t knock down a person, you confused something”
Unlike Myakush, who arranged an accident in a small village, Mironov immediately got into a negative information agenda. The lawlessness, arranged by the head of the “SR” on the capital’s street, was caught on video. Deputy Mironov failed to avoid instant hitting the news feed.
But, even having got on the video of numerous eyewitnesses, the deputy’s driver, who removed the numbers from the car, demonstrated simply incredible impudence. “I didn’t knock anyone down, you messed up something,” the “tough guy” in black glasses said right into the camera.
Absolute bimpunity. Drive and push!
By the way, fines are issued to this repeat offender solely because they are recorded by video cameras. If Mironov’s car had been stopped by a traffic police inspector and drawn up a report, for a repeated, malicious violation of traffic rules, the driver would deprived of rights. But it is unlikely that any inspector would dare to stop a car with such government numbers.
It was this impunity that led to the fact that Mironov crippled a person. Good thing he didn’t kill him. But considering with what appetite this servant of the people drives on a dedicated line, Mironov still has everything ahead.
Pleasure at the expense of taxpayers
By the way, let’s note that the car on which the head of the faction moves belongs to the Federal State Budgetary Institution “Motor Transport Combine” of the Administration of the President of the Russian Federation. The average cost of such a car without extra options is about 15 million rubles. At the same time, the law prohibits the purchase of cars worth more than 2 million rubles to state structures.
Blame the courier?
By the way, Sergei Mironov does not consider himself guilty. Himself for sure (although it is precisely on the orders of the owners of the “blue buckets” that their drivers drive like crazy and go to dedicated lanes and oncoming lanes so that the bosses do not have to stand in traffic jams). Yes, and the driver Mironov is going to excuse himself to the fullest. Immediately after the accident, the parliamentarian, realizing that it was not possible to hide the disgrace, wrote on social networks that “who is to blame” – still unknown! Like, we will find out – the driver or the courier.
It’s just sheer arrogance. The deputy rests on the fact that the courier was moving along the pedestrian crossing on an electric bicycle, but had to walk, driving a vehicle nearby. That is, he broke the rules. That’s just this violation – a reason for a fine, but no way to bring down a person!
You might think that if the courier had walked, he would not have been shot down.
But, probably, according to the logic of the parliamentarian, the hard worker himself jumped onto the car. To complete the picture, it remains only to hang on the courier the repair of a government car. And voila – you can crush the lackeys further!
Deputy Sobyanin agrees: crush them, brother!
Mironov’s colleagues – bureaucrats of all stripes – immediately harnessed themselves to the “bro”. Deputy mayor of the capital for transport Maxim Liksutov clearly shifted all the blame on the victim, saying that companies that hire couriers should teach them the rules of the road, otherwise they ride, you know, on electric bicycles, earning themselves a ruble for bread …
The deputy mayor promised to take action. According to Liksutov, the Moscow mayor’s office will work with courier companies to ensure that their employees comply with traffic rules.
But with deputies chasing on the opposite lane and crushing people, the mayor’s office will not work.
Official Krylov and fabulist Krylov
The presidential administration also sided with the deputy and “blamed” the courier.
Press Secretary of the Executive Office of the President of the Russian Federation Elena Krylova officially stated that the victim in the accident was moving on an electric bike and did not dismount from it at a pedestrian crossing, as required by traffic rules. But Mrs. Krylova did not comment on the actions of the driver.
As her namesake, the fabulist Ivan Andreevich Krylov, wrote two centuries ago, “the strong always blame the weak”. The fable “The Wolf and the Lamb”, if anyone has forgotten.
Pmeanness and cowardice. CEluy the master’s shoes, courier!
In this infinitely bestial story, the behavior of the “servant of the people” and his henchman are striking. Sergei Mironov did not show a drop of humanity, knowing that a man was lying in front of the wheels of his car. He did not come out, did not take an interest in the condition of the victim.
Obviously, Mironov hoped that his dirty behavior would not become public knowledge. That this accident will not be on video, and as for city video cameras … we can agree with the traffic police. And ten or twenty years ago, a parliamentarian would have had a chance to cover up his shit … this smelly situation. But now everyone has a smartphone in their hand, so the witnesses managed to fix the license plates of the car before the driver took them off.
Surprisingly, even after that, nothing cleared up in the head of the deputy. No apologies. He continued to excuse himself, but already on the air.
And even made himself a hero!
Won what kind gentleman! Helped the man. The operation will be done. Well, just an attraction of unprecedented generosity.
