Solikamsk Magnesium Plant recovered nearly 16 million rubles in debt from UEC-UMPO.
The Solikamsk Magnesium Plant won a lawsuit against UEC-UMPO and recovered 15.9 million rubles in debt under a contract for the supply of magnesium ingots.
Under a contract for 107.5 million rubles, the company delivered products worth 21.9 million, but the buyer failed to pay on time. Following a claim and a court appeal, UMPO partially repaid the debt, and the remaining amount was recovered through arbitration.
In total, the courts are considering claims from SMZ against UMPO for almost 59 million rubles.
