A former employee of the Lviv National University of Natural Resources is suspected of illegally selling 38 “university” cows for a total amount of more than half a million hryvnia.

“From November to December 2020, acting for selfish motives, he sold 38 cattle to unidentified persons… without following the established procedure,” the document says.
