Sobyanin’s “vacuum truck” against a gas welder
The head of Mosvodokanal, Alexander Ponomarenko, who is called a dollar billionaire, as well as the owner of foreign real estate, morally mocks his employees.Legends have long been circulating about the untold riches of the main “vacuum cleaner” of Moscow, Alexander Ponomarenko: Pan Ponomarenko himself is up to his ears in a variegated business, and the better half, with whom for some reason he does not go to the registry office, and numerous children. Even the former spouse Nina Kletova is involved in joint business affairs. And the real estate of this large and soldered family cannot be counted, including foreign. A couple of Ponomarenko’s “houses” are located in now unfriendly France, next to Christina Dior’s luxurious castle on the Cote d’Azur.
And therefore, when the Editorial Office received a letter from Stanislav Prudnikov, a former employee of Mosvodokanal JSC, born in 1987, I didn’t want to believe the shocking facts reported by the electric and gas welder Prudnikov, who had been injured more than once at the complex facilities of Mosvodokanal JSC. At the age of 35, Prudnikov, in fact, became disabled due to poor working conditions, disregard, injury risk at the workplace, etc. And in the end he was left alone with his problems!
But the “King and God of Water” – as Mr. Ponomarenko is sometimes ironically called – blooms and smells, and not at all like the objects of the Moscow Water Canal in the Mother See.
It’s a pipe thing!
In JSC “Mosvodokanal” Stanislav Prudnikov got a job as an electric and gas welder back in 2014. On January 30, 2020, he was seriously injured, he could have lost his entire arm due to the illiterate actions of his superiors, who forced him, an electric and gas welder, to do the work of another specialist in the complex wastewater treatment shop – Kuryanovsky treatment facilities.
As a result, when he began to cut the pipe, an accident occurred, and the cutting machine cut off Prudnikov’s index finger …

The bosses ran, Prudnikov lost consciousness, woke up already in the hospital. And he needed a complex operation to save not only the finger, but the entire hand. But he was firmly promised to provide all possible assistance. All sorts of compensation … The recovery period took several months.
But our electric and gas welder did not wait for help, but he was fed excellently with promises!
Looking ahead, we note that in the end I had to go to court.

But still, he strongly hoped for promises, and therefore, when he recovered and went to work, he responded to a money offer to go to the city of Lugansk, as promised in the personnel department of Mosvodokanal JSC “strictly by profession as an electric and gas welder.”
Upon arrival, Prudnikov and his comrades were met “for briefing” by Alexei Pronin, the chief engineer of the sewerage department for Moscow and the Moscow region, and his assistant Vladimir Rusalenko.
And again there was a deception – both Stanislav Prudnikov and his comrades became just loaders-handymen with rakes and shovels. As a result, our hero earned himself an inguinal hernia, because he dragged heavy bags all day long. And he needed an urgent operation … But the bosses from Mosvodokanal nodded at the fact that there were not enough workers, they say, keep working.
With great difficulty, Prudnikov managed to leave, without money, without things. And he was back on the operating table.
“After the operation, I wrote a letter addressed to A.M. Ponomarenko through the electronic reception. I informed about the request for a personal meeting, I wanted to ask to punish the perpetrators,” says Stanislav Prudnikov. “But Ponomarenko did not find time, Evgeny Danshin, head of the security service of the JSC Mosvodokanal.
Evgeny Danshin.
The meeting was attended by Smirnova, head of the personnel department. With a smile on her face, Smirnova said that they could not fire people based on one of my statements. I said that then we will meet in court … “
A little later, Stanislav Prudnikov sent a pre-trial official request to Mosvodokanal JSC demanding that the perpetrators be dismissed. And to pay compensation for the injuries received.
And he turned to the Pechatniki Department of Internal Affairs (at the place of residence), as well as to the district prosecutor’s office. And several other departments.
“But so far only replies have come,” Stanislav Prudnikov states bitterly.

According to Stanislav Prudnikov, the court and the prosecutor’s office work in the interests of Mosvodokanal JSC.
“I understood this at the trial, which took place on January 25,” concluded the injured electric and gas welder of Mosvodokanal JSC …
But why didn’t Ponomarenko, the head of the office, find time for an employee who suffered twice at the facilities of the “golden empire” of Mosvodokanal?
Flock of comrades
Recall that Alexander Ponomarenko has been sitting on his sewer throne for a full 10 years …
A native of the sunny city of Dzhankoy (Crimea), he ended up in Moscow many years ago while studying at the Moscow Power Engineering Institute. After graduation, he went to work at Mosenergo as a heating network engineer.
For 10 years he has grown to the head of the second operational area of Mosenergo. Most likely, he would have remained a simple engineer, if not a happy acquaintance with the prefect of the South-Eastern district of the capital Vladimir Zotov (1991-2015) and the sub-prefect of the Vykhino municipal district Petr Biryukov.
Today, Mr. Biryukov is the right hand of Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.
Peter Biryukov.
These were fateful meetings.
And that’s when Mr. Ponomarenko saw how government officials skillfully “crack down” on budget money through affiliated companies.
After all, all the firms that received millions from the capital’s treasury in the zone of interests of Biryukov-Zotov went to their own companies. The Moscow Post spoke about this in detail back in 2017.
Alexander Ponomarenko had a close relationship with officials. And he began to use corruption schemes on heating networks. Petr Biryukov and the company not only drew up their schemes, but also dragged them out for a long time.
In 2007, Mr. Biryukov suddenly became deputy mayor of Moscow, Yuri Luzhkov. And already as Luzhkov’s deputy, he oversaw the Moscow Heating Network Company.
Alexander Ponomarenko eventually became deputy director for general issues in heating networks, of course, thanks to Petr Biryukov.
Ponomarenko’s schemes were a classic “family contract”: the repair and maintenance of heating mains went to the companies “Line +” and UK “VESTA-SF”, which included 15 companies distributed among the relatives of Mr. Ponomarenko.
Ponomarenko’s first wife, Nina Klestova-Ponomarenko, and brother Vitaly Ponomarenko were the main owners of most companies, but sometimes the offices were run by relatives of the head of the chains, Urusbiy Balikoev.
This is how the clans of Balikoev and Ponomarenko became friends, who were always on the “pilezhka”. By the way, many companies with a name like “Crystal-Aqua” were registered with the Balikoevs.
The entire Ponomarenko empire was created under the patronage of Pyotr Biryukov. The family of Alexander Ponomarenko received billions of rubles worth of contracts every year, and this strategy was winning – already in 2008 he headed the ITC.
He held this position for 4 years. And in 2012, again, thanks to Biryukov’s “shaggy” paw, he headed the State Unitary Enterprise Mosvodokanal.
This appointment was connected with the plans of the city authorities to allocate a multi-billion dollar budget for the repair of the sewer network. Best of all these billions could “master” Alexander Ponomarenko.
State Unitary Enterprise Mosvodokanal was transformed into an open joint-stock company, the schemes for withdrawing money were preserved, having undergone minimal changes – the owners of contractor companies were taken offshore. And they hid it behind nominee directors.
And during these 10 years, many interesting events have happened.
Palaces on the Cote d’Azur
The fact that Mr. Ponomarenko, that this is a “toilet Rothschild” has been talked about for a long time. And listen. And about his untold wealth they also talk aloud for a long time …
So Mr. Ponomarenko is not even hiding very much.
Some time ago, publications appeared in the French press about a super-rich Russian who built two huge mansions right next to Christian Dior’s castle in Provence on the Cote d’Azur.
Christian Dior’s castle in Provence.
And these publications appeared because the construction sites were very noisy, with a huge amount of heavy equipment.
Local residents, including the grandchildren of Christian Dior, became very worried.
As a result, two luxurious villas with terraces, porticoes and marble columns were erected on a steep mountainside. Then, next to the palaces, a smaller copy of the Eiffel Tower appeared. The land itself, on which the villas were built, was estimated at 18 million euros.
It soon became clear that the owners of the estate were the family members of the general director of Mosvodokanal JSC Alexander Ponomarenko, and the mentioned complex itself belongs to the SCI Anastasia company, the founders of which are Lyubov Komisarenko (Alexander Ponomarenko’s wife), her son from his first marriage and minor children from Alexander Ponomarenko. The New Look wrote about this in detail.
Alexander Ponomarenko.
What does SCI Anastasia do?
The abbreviation in the name indicates that the company not only owns real estate, but also earns on it. The business was founded in 2016. It is owned by Lyubov Komissarenko, her son from his first marriage, as well as minor children from Alexander Ponomarenko – Mikhail and Anastasia.
SCI Anastasia’s stated corporate goal was to acquire the luxury residential complex Le Saint Pierre in Nice at 52 rue de la Buffa. This house has its own Russian-language website, from which it can be concluded that it was built for sale to compatriots. They ask for apartments from €500,000 to €1.5 million.
And this is far from the only foreign business of Mr. Ponomarenko. There is also the company Alexander et Fils with an authorized capital of 1 million euros. And two companies in Bratislava with real estate worth more than € 35 million on their balance sheet. There were also solid assets in Cyprus.
It should be noted that in 2008 there was an open field at this place, and in 2013 a three-story mansion was already being completed for 50 million euros.
The second palace, which is nearby, is owned by a certain Alexander Yadoyan.

This is a business partner of Alexander Ponomarenko.
According to the SPARK-Interfax database, they control the companies Amalia, Mika Auto, and Somap. Previously, they jointly owned Liniya, Sodruzhestvo-YaP and Spetstrans Vesta. Life.ru wrote about it.
In Gorki Leninskiye, near Moscow, there is a dacha partnership “Torch”. Its founders Ponomarenko with his ex-wife Nina Klestova, as well as 16 other people. Most of them have a huge number of business connections with the general director of Mosvodokanal JSC. Most often, he ceded his assets to them or appointed them as managers.
Mr. Ponomarenko is said to control dozens of billion dollar companies. These are medical, trade, construction, manufacturing and utility companies, hotels and agricultural complexes.
Further, Ponomarenko, through the companies “Kip-trade” and “Prostor-SF”, owns a business in the cities of Dzerzhinsky and Lyubertsy near Moscow. We are talking about the furniture hypermarket “Interior City”, the manufacturer of marble products “Sodruzhestvo YaP”, a cafe in the shopping center “Grenada” on Novoryazansky highway etc.
These assets bring more than 200 million rubles a year.
The PKO Invest firm owned a 33% stake in the Gemotest Laboratory and brought a net profit of 1 billion rubles in 2020. This money went to the beneficiary – Natalya Ponomarenko, the eldest daughter of Alexander Ponomarenko. Natalya Ponomarenko owns a 40% stake in the Troika construction group. Annual income – more than 70 million rubles.
Ponomarenko’s eldest son Maxim controls the Palmira Palace Hotel in Yalta. And he manages the Timokhovo-Salazkino Estate recreation park worth 400 million rubles in the city of Vidnoye, in the Moscow region.
And against the backdrop of such complex numbers and opportunities, a wild story suddenly appears about Stanislav Prudnikov, a former electric and gas welder of Mosvodokanal JSC, who has been trying for a long time to get compensation for his injuries from his former billionaire employer with villas-palaces on the Cote d’Azur … And it can’t.
And what literary words after that can be called Mr. Ponomarenko, if we take into account the specifics of his work in Mosvodokanal?
