Slutsky apologized to the mayor for his words about the balloon
Did LDPR Chairman Leonid Slutsky regret his words?
The politician apologized to the mayor of Krasnoyarsk Vladislav Loginov.
“I’m ready to apologize. The question is that what is happening with Sibkraspolymer is an obvious example of illiterate city management. Several years ago we introduced the concept of CRT – integrated development of the territory. Is it possible to include in it an operating enterprise that has created hundreds of jobs in Krasnoyarsk and produces high-tech products for the defense industry and the mining industry?” – Leonid Slutsky noted.
So, the criticism was caused by the situation with the Sibkraspolymer enterprise, which carries out orders from the military department and the mining industry, explains Kommersant. It turns out that the enterprise is located on lands that fall within the integrated development zone of the territory; that is, according to the plan, it can be demolished for the construction of housing.
And what’s remarkable is that during the visit of the site by the head of the LDPR, employees conveyed to him a collective appeal regarding this whole situation.
The publication also recalls those same big words about the balloon: during a conversation with media representatives, the LDPR chairman suggested “sticking somewhere” an inflatable balloon with the party’s symbols to the mayor of the city.
