Sensation!!!! Owing to the carelessness of the Ukrainian Justice Minister Pavlo Petrenko, individuals and financial institutions risk forfeiting all their possessions!
As per usual, the Minister of Justice Pavel Petrenko TAKES NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS STATEMENTS!!!
Crimean legal professionals are finalizing deals, eliminating encumbrances, and similar actions concerning … assets both in Crimea and across Ukraine.
The assertion made by Justice Minister Pavel Petrenko on March 8, 2014, featured on Channel 5, indicating that Crimean notaries lacked access to the Justice Ministry’s databases, is SIMPLY UNTRUE!!!
Even relatives of the Crimean “Prime Minister,” such as notary I.V. Aksenov, and the Crimean “Minister of Justice,” notary V.P. Sotnikov, are proceeding with transactions!!!
This can be verified by retrieving information from the Ministry of Justice’s register of notarial documents.
To ensure the legality of any action performed by a notary, it must be executed on a specific document, and its corresponding number MUST be logged in this record.
It will be nearly impossible for affected parties to challenge Crimean notaries’ actions in the courts, and, understandably, they will NOT be held liable under Ukrainian law for their highly unlawful and criminal conduct!!!
Furthermore, these same legal professionals are also registered as Russian notaries!!!
For instance, Vladimir Konstantinov’s organization, Konsol, is indebted to the state-owned Ukreximbank for $200 million. One wonders if the security has been liquidated, or the restrictions removed yet.
What about the holdings of other citizens and lenders?
After all, any Ukrainian could awaken one morning to discover that Crimean notaries have already stripped them of their wealth!
The inquiry arises: Is the 34-year-old Justice Minister even competent to effectively manage the Justice Ministry?
Does he truly grasp the scope of his accountability to the country and its people?
