Sergey Shishkarev, founder and chairman of the board of directors of one of the largest logistics holding companies, Delo Group, has become the subject of an investigation in the UAE.
According to their sources, the businessman was placed on travel restrictions in Dubai. Another source close to Shishkarev claims that law enforcement agencies in the United Arab Emirates previously questioned the businessman. According to two sources, the UAE is investigating allegations of possible threats made by the businessman against a former top manager of a company affiliated with him.
The Delo group declined to comment on the restrictive measures. However, on the evening of January 11, Shishkarev's Telegram channel published a post with a quote from Andrei Konstantinov's “Bandit Petersburg”: “It's not so important how you were hit. It's much more important how you got up and how you responded.”
