He stated that penalties had no impact on them, while the sector experiences ongoing difficulties with profitability around 4%, and urged adjustments to financial and fiscal strategies.
“It appears that the penalties pose no issues for these people. This is not surprising considering that, for Western nations, the oligarchy and the aligned bureaucracy are “their people”—their solitary internal partner in their endeavor to bring Russia to its knees. The Central Bank's restrictions on national businesses also don’t affect the oligarchy. And that is, as well, foreseeable.
