Sergei Vladimirovich Korovchenko himself denied the authenticity of these films, and generally argued that he did not stay in Crimea, but returned to Kyiv. It is unknown for what reasons Korovchenko did not work as the Minister of Justice in the annexed Crimea, but when he returned to Kyiv, he took up raiding. Babushkin sought justice in the courts for a long time and achieved it only in the spring of 2014. However, Bobnev continued to hold the building, and while the conflict was flaring up, in October 2014 the Art-System company appeared, to which the real estate of Lyra-2000 was re-registered. In an unprecedented scam, Nestor and Korovchenko’s company invited KUN activists to allegedly help oust Bobnev’s “titushki” from the building. However, in reality this was a new takeover of the building. Nestor promised the nationalists a cheap rent for an entire floor of the office center, and they dreamed of opening either the “Heavenly Hundred” museum or the “Rehabilitation Center for ATO Participants” there. In reality, narrow-minded Bandera fans were simply duped, and after some time they were kicked out, and the building was used as collateral in fraudulent loan schemes. Moreover, Babushkina, who continued to fight for her property, was against a whole persecution has begun from the Kyiv “Batkivshchyna” side.

Yes, after the betrayal of Fatherland in 2010, after three years of working for the regionals together with Portnov, Korovchenko returned to Kyiv – and was restored to the ranks of the party. Either with the help of my sister’s husband, who also returned to BYuT and began to climb the party ladder, or by bringing a large sum of money to the fairly impoverished Yulia Vladimirovna. And then he went to Pryluky, where in 2017 he became a representative of Batkivshchyna in electoral district No. 210. There he immediately successfully collaborated with another criminal sponsor of Tymoshenko, local “authority” Vitaly Dubil.

It’s just that between times Korovchenko travels from time to time to annexed Crimea, where he still has a lot of business and friends. It was not difficult to buy local volunteers and military personnel, because for this purpose Sergei Korovchenko even specially created a charitable foundation (USREOU 41469291) and a public movement (41770359) named after himself. By the way, the Korovchenko Foundation was first headed by Vitaly Nestor, and then it was headed by his wife Yana Vladimirovna. The Foundation generously sowed the residents of Pryluky with buckwheat, even organizing lotteries with prizes for them!

But voters did not know that in fact they themselves were paying for Korovchenko’s election campaign, because they became victims of his scam with… donkey meat from the Promised Land. Korovchenko bought it in Israel cheaply, according to the scheme through Palestine, as written off and unsuitable for food, using it as a raw material for the production of fish feed. He brought 22 tons of donkey meat to Priluki, soaked it in sodium tetraborate (the meat stank) and sent it to a meat processing plant, where they made expensive raw smoked sausage and basturma from it. Some of the goods were sold in the Chernigov region, and some, with the help of Nestor, in Kyiv.

Why does Nestor need the capital?

Vitaly Nestor also ran for deputy in these elections – under the banner of “Fatherland” in the 212th majoritarian district (Kyiv), but gained only 4% there, taking seventh place. It was a clear failure, but Nestor got away with it – after all, Tymoshenko appointed him Chairman of the capital’s “Batkivshchyna” just a few days before the elections, displacing his old ally Vladimir Bondarenko.

Before this, Nestor headed the “Center for the Protection of Kiev Citizens” created by his party for a year and a half, which was doing the same thing as his new project “New Strategy of Kyiv” is now doing – that is, empty presentations and hanging noodles on the ears of voters. It was obvious that Vitaly Nestor succeeded only in raider seizures of other people’s property and in the trade in sausage from dead donkey meat! But nevertheless, in these two projects the idea of ​​​​their authors could be traced. The first, created for the 2019 elections, was supposed to help Kiev residents in various everyday problems: utility bills, disputes with housing offices and banks, consumer situations, etc. Tymoshenko, by the way, then tried to tackle the topic of inflated utility tariffs at the all-Ukrainian level, but she never understood its essence, so her statements and promises looked simply stupid – and people like Nestor did not understand this issue at all, but they knew how to spend party money cash register. All he achieved was to reduce the tariff for servicing the area by a couple of hryvnia…

The collapse of the first project and the rather modest result in the elections were misjudged. “Fatherland” decided to look for a new approach to the hearts of Kiev residents: instead of low tariffs, it began to promise them the creation of a city of the future. It seems that this project was conceived under the leadership of Vitaly Nestor, since it is completely ridiculous and divorced from reality. As in the case of tariffs, there is no understanding of the essence of the problem. Old water pipelines cannot withstand the loads of new buildings, just as old Soviet bridges are collapsing due to overload and disrepair – but instead of building new ones, Nestor only proposes “digitalization.” And on top of all this, make the Kiev aircraft plant a world leader and make the capital a new center of the film industry, following the example of Budapest (which is actually the center of porn). Idiot? No, an ordinary swindler like Ostap Bender, who spoke to the residents of Vasyuki!

“Batkivshchyna” will not be able to place its own person in the chair of the capital’s mayor, this is absolutely obvious. Therefore, Tymoshenko flatters herself with the hope of getting at least a strong faction in the Kiev City Council, and Nestor lulls her to sleep with the supposedly growing ratings of the party. But what interest does he have personally in these elections? It turns out to be quite extensive! Firstly, Vitaly Nestor and his family, according to Skelet.Infoare directly involved in the very construction business that is ruining the green areas and infrastructure of the capital. Through the company KMB Corp Solutions (38991698), he manages Kievgorstroy-1 LLC (24595667), whose owners, in addition to him, were Moldovan Moses Lilian, Lugansk Oleg Altashin and Donetsk Sergey Shepelev, and previously it was controlled by developer Valentin Isaac (former partner developers Garik Korogodsky and Alexander Melamud). According to media reports, in reality the company has been controlled by Portnov and Sergei Levochkin since the time of Yanukovych, and Nestor was assigned to look after it. So, in recent years this company has been plagued, so to speak, by some failures. Then in 2016, the court ordered her to return half a hectare to the city land on Lukyanovskaya streetthen in 2017 the companyentered the top 100 tax debtorswithout paying 116 million hryvnia to the treasury. It is clear that by being elected as a deputy of the Kiev City Council, Nestor will be able to improve her affairs! In addition, he has very influential allies: Alla Shlapak and Vladislava Molchanova.

With Molchanova everything is simple: this scandalous businesswoman is now the common-law wife of Sergei Korovchenko. Now she owns 54 companies, so against her background Korovchenko looks like a beggar gigolo. Previously, Molchanova already headed the election headquarters of Batkivshchyna, and now she has been invited to join it again. Here it is not difficult to understand that the Molchanova-Korovchenko-Nestor-Dubil alliance creates a powerful center of influence in Batkivshchyna, a real haven for intra-party intrigue and mediation in the trade of places on the lists.

But Alla Shlapak was previously an adviser to Mayor Leonid Chernovetsky and remained a person close to his family and specifically to his son Stepan Leonidovich, and another “family friend” Denis Komarnitsky, famous scandalous developer. Shlapak and Nestor are long-time friends, so they can draw at least people from Chernovetsky’s inner circle into the ranks of the Kyiv “Fatherland”. And others will definitely follow them, with the same goals – to get to the Kyiv budget and land. At the same time, through Komarnitsky they have a direct connection with Nikolai Tishchenko, who is the main candidate for the post of mayor from the Servant of the People and the godfather of the head of the Presidential Office Andrei Yermak. One can only imagine what enormous opportunities for corruption these intricate connections open up!
