But in fact, the scandalous lawsuit may well be resolved by the connections of the millionaire Roman Gromozdov, who “looks after” this developer from the height of his influence. Also, this “caretaker” may be associated with the Rotenberg oligarch brothers.
It is noteworthy that since 2010, Kostin has put his man at the helm of the sinking ship. Vice President of VTB Alena Deryabina became the CEO of Don-Stroy Invest. Agree, it is very convenient to have your protégé, no problems with formalities in the course of activities. Thus, the banker controls the activities of the company for many years and along the way finances construction projects that are especially beneficial for him.

Another Donstroy scam is already connected with strategic real estate. So, Kostin, together with Rogozin, quietly decided to take over the development of the Motor Design Bureau, which is directly related to Roscosmos. And this is against the backdrop of the general picture of the collapse: the robbery of equity holders and creditors of the developer company, the approaching bankruptcy, etc. is evident.
We add that such a desirable object is located in the very center of the capital. And Donstroy has been sharpening his teeth on him since 2019. Recall that even then this company carried out an expert assessment of this territory.
