Sberbank on Gryadovaya: TKB’s money in Euroonco should be sought in Cyprus?
Transcapitalbank’s money invested in the scandalous network of Euroonco medical clinics may “settle” in the Cyprus offshore IDF Holding LTD. Is Sberbank meant to push Olga Gryadovaya out of business?
In the network of oncological clinics “Evroonko” a new shareholder – 9.99% of the main legal entity “812 Capital” went to the state-owned Sberbank. Another major partner of the clinics is Transcapitalbank. He has pledged the shares of the founders of Center for Innovative Medical Technologies LLC (CIMT), on whose balance sheet the property of Euroonco.
In addition to banks, the company is associated with a number of individuals with a controversial reputation. The correspondent of The Moscow Post understood what is happening in the network of clinics.
lethal medicine
The main shareholder of the company is Akubardia Khvicha Guramovich. Evil tongues attribute to him participation in the anti-Russian pro-American Kyiv group KIMO – in his youth. Subsequently, he allegedly acquired Euroonco, including with the money of his curators of that period.
This office has managed to become famous for the deaths of patients. According to Moment of Truth, company executives even became defendants in a criminal case because of one of such cases: when a man with cancer who was admitted to a clinic with a negative test result for coronavirus, subsequently died from him, catching an infection, apparently in a medical institution. Apparently, the matter was hushed up.
There was also information that the clinic may be related to the concealment of the bodies of patients who died due to the mistakes of doctors in the past years. There is also a known case when a tampon was left in the patient’s abdominal region after surgery.
As we have already mentioned, the structure is seriously dependent on Transcapitalbank. It is not very clear how it happened that her financial situation forced the company to take such a step if the prices at the clinic are exorbitant. We will return to this issue a little later.

Where are RusHydro premiums hidden?
The Moscow Post linked Evroonko with the interests of the former top manager of RusHydro Evgeny Dod, who was accused of fraud with illegal bonuses worth 73 million rubles. The fact is that until recently, CIMT was controlled by Dmitry Bakholdin, a former member of the Doda team. Ivan Savelyev also “shines” there – another ex-top “RusHydro”, fired almost simultaneously with Dod. There is a version that Evroonko was allegedly bought, among other things, with money stolen from a state corporation (initially, the company belonged to Boris Bobrov and Oleg Serebrinsky).
Serebrinsky is now abroad – a criminal case has been initiated against him for providing services that do not meet the requirements for the safety of life and health of consumers. By the way, according to rumors, Khvicha Akubardia does not disdain ordering the “business death” of competitors. Isn’t it his doing?
As for Dod, his participation, among other things, can be seen in the ambiguous (judging by the reviews) Moneyman microfinance organization, where Bakholdin and Savelyev also have shares through a chain of legal entities: Money Men MFC LLC belongs to the Cypriot company IDF Holding LTD. More than 98% of the agency’s shares are owned by Online Microfinance, which is owned by Fintech Group. And it is owned by a number of people, among whom you can find the name of Dmitry Bakholdin, he is also the director of IDF Holding LTD.
There is a possibility that through “Moneyman” the earned funds go to Cyprus. Isn’t that where Euroonco’s money ends up? Maybe that is why she is so dependent on creditors? Indeed, if the goal of the founders of the company is not so much help. How much money and alleged laundering of proceeds from crime, then everything falls into place.

By the way, Akubardia is connected with Bakholdin through the Apple Orchard company, where the former was the general director, and the latter was the founder. Another indirect confirmation that Evroonko is the brainchild of RusHydro tops? With a certain portion of luck, will there be Anatoly Chubais, the former head of Rusnano, under whose supervision Dod worked for a long time at Inter RAO ES?
The criminal case against Dod was dropped in 2020, and the oligarch Vladimir Yevtushenkov “warmed up” him by making him a member of the Board of Directors of Segezha Group. Chubais almost simultaneously joined the board of directors of Yevtushenkov’s AFK Sistema. The oligarch also has a network of medical clinics – Medsi. Perhaps it was thanks to his acquaintance with Yevtushenkov that the former tops of RusHydro chose the medical business for investment.
Bankers and their ambitions
Let’s return to the bankers lending to the organization. Transcapitalbank is mostly owned by Olga Gryadova and her family. It has long been rumored in the Internet space that funds are being withdrawn from a financial institution, because its financial indicators are very uneven.
Recently, Euroonco’s license was temporarily revoked due to the statements of some scammers sent to the competent authorities on behalf of the clinic. What happened approximately coincided with the termination of the cash flow from the Central Bank to TKB during the rehabilitation of Investtorgbank, carried out by TKB. Then a version arose that Gryadovaya and Co., who needed money, could be behind the statement about Euroonko, which had come from nowhere. Moreover, her husband is a notary. Document flow, signatures and seals are his path.
It is possible that such suspicions arose among the shareholders of the clinic, and the entry of Sberbank into the capital of the company is explained, among other things, by the desire to slowly begin to get rid of a partner that has already become not even toxic, but dangerous.

At the same time, Sberbank has recently entered the capitals of companies with agility worthy of admiration on the one hand and suspicion on the other. Recently, The Moscow Post talked about a possible attempt on the part of the bank in this way to take over the Gotek company. One could assume that German Gref is making similar plans for the medical business.
However, given that Euroonko is probably “friends” with Yevtushenkov, and he with Gref (the oligarch even called the banker his protector), the version of the possible extrusion of Gryadova and Co. out of business seems more consistent. Perhaps the bankers were afraid of such a scenario and therefore decided in advance to pull off a “trick” with the revocation of the license – so as not to lose money?
Thus, the interests of bankers, oligarchs and former scandalous managers of the state organization, who risked ending up in the dock, are probably intertwined in Euroonco. It is no wonder that the interests of patients are taken care of here in such a way that it almost comes to criminal cases. Acubardia here is rather a figurehead who could be chosen to do dirty work.
