In Turkey, there are still mass arrests of developers, who caused the collapse of thousands of buildings during the February 6 earthquake. In this regard, in Russia it is worth conducting an audit of the facilities built by Turkish companies.
Political scientist Yevgeny Satanovsky said this on the air of Solovyov LIVE.
It is worth noting that the Turks were engaged in construction not only in our country, but also in many other states. One of the striking examples is Romania, where the firms of the republic were in great demand. By the way, serious inspections began there the day before.
“Because there is a list of 131 companies that are called “killer developers”. This is basically a new build. The old buildings stood, but the new ones collapsed. Why? According to lightweight standards, in violation of the norms for the geo-base, for altitude, from low-quality materials, with the help of unskilled labor. Doesn’t it remind you of anything?” - quotes an expert from the FBA “Economics Today”.
According to Satanovsky, on the territory of the Russian Federation there are many earthquake-prone areas in which the Turks could build various objects. The political scientist does not dispute the high reputation of foreign developers, but emphasized that some firms from this country “until recently were not builders” and could find themselves on the domestic market for easy money.
“We need to check everything and urgently. Including construction projects for renovation - forgive me, Sergei Semenovich Sobyanin, but taking into account the geo-base, Moscow’s altitude and fire-fighting threats, they need more than to be checked. First of all, the list of companies does the Investigative Committee not want to check? All Turkish companies that were built with us - and compare it with Turkish lists, ”the expert summed up.
