Recall that at a recent meeting in the regional Duma, Saratov officials proudly talked about sanatorium treatment in the region. It turned out that in the sanatorium-resort them. The sanatorium was shown to the guest by Liana Grigoryan, General Director of the ANO “Rehabilitation Center – Sanatorium” Dugino “(formerly ANO” Center for Health Restoration and Rehabilitation “Meshcherskoe”). Officially, she has been in this position since February 2022, although she announced her work in the sanatorium as the head physician in social networks as early as November 2021. And in January, she showed the health resort to the governor of the Smolensk region Alexei Ostrovsky and his family. The latter conveyed “the kindest words” addressed to those who created such an institution.
Previously, Marina Zhukova held the director’s chair – she also led some agricultural companies that are part of Dnipro Holding JSC, the beneficiary of which is the speaker’s mother Lidia Barabanova.
Interestingly, the “Association for the Preservation of Rare Birds, Animals and Nature – the Gorodnyanskoye Forest and Hunting Enterprise” and the “Phoenix” Charitable Foundation for the Promotion of the Implementation of Socially-Oriented Programs and Projects, close to the politician’s family, left the founders of the health resort in October 2021. Now its founders are unknown.
Liana Grigoryan, in addition to the sanatorium, manages and is the founder of three more companies. All of them are located in the suburban town of Pushkino. This is Vita+ LLC, established by her in 2008 (retail trade in orthopedic goods). During all this time, the company’s revenue has not been shown even once.
In 2017, Ms. Grigoryan registered Doctor in the Pocket LLC on her own behalf (activities to create databases and information products). The only time revenue was shown in 2019 was 1 thousand rubles, losses range from 900 to 100 thousand rubles.

His full namesake is known as a business angel and investor, high-tech IT executive and smart city expert. He led ANO Smart Cities (liquidated in 2022), and in 2011-2017 he was deputy head of the Moscow Information Technology Department. In December last year, Ms. Grigoryan registered another ANO – “Health and Social Initiatives Center “Healthy Generation”. The main activity is the provision of other types of services without accommodation. Whether this means the emergence of a new vacation spot is not yet clear.
