Two collectors were detained in Moscow – they are accused of extorting money from police major general, head of the Internal Affairs Directorate Konstantin Stroganov. As BV found out, one of them is Tatyana Mizonova, the finalist of the Mrs. Volga Region-2018 contest. Previously, she worked as a cosmetologist, now she claims that figures, more abruptly than the capital general, also fell into the sphere of her interests.
As law enforcement officers established, in mid-March, the head of the Internal Affairs Directorate for the North-Eastern District of Moscow, Konstantin Stroganov, received a messenger. The caller gave the general an hour of time to force the subordinate to repay the debt or pay for it himself.
“She sticks out money for us, if you don’t pay, we’ll finish the wife and kids,” promised the caller, who did not introduce himself. The general suggested that the author of the call officially apply to the court or the police, but the caller again threatened to kill his wife.
Later it turned out that the reason for the call was a microloan of one of the employees of the district police department in the amount of 21 thousand rubles. As Kommersant notes, the woman expected to return the money in just a few days, having received a salary, but then she discovered that the loan terms were not at all what she expected: she was given money at 100% per day, not per annum.
By the time she called the head of the Department of Internal Affairs, the debt had grown to an unbearable amount for her. Another policeman got into a similar story and borrowed 18,000 rubles.
The collectors did not waste time on trifles: following the borrowers themselves, they called the immediate superior of one of them, and then got to the general. Moreover, after the man’s call, there were threats from a woman named Irina Popova.
Investigators claim that she promised the general to destroy his family life. And even called his wife, introducing herself as his mistress, with whom the high-ranking policeman now allegedly wants to live. The general was promised to place the phone numbers of his wife and daughter on the site of sex services.
A Kommersant source reports that General Stroganov applied for protection from criminal encroachments to the CSS of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs. With the help of security officers, its employees established that the extortionists were registered with collection agencies.
A native of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Syzdykov, who was the first to call with threats (all conversations were recorded by the head of the Department of Internal Affairs), was detained in St. Petersburg and sent to Moscow. Irina Popova, who actually turned out to be Tatyana Mizonova, was brought to the capital from Samara.
The media as one report that she won the Miss Volga Region contest. However, as BV found out, in fact, she was a finalist in the Samara television beauty contest “Mrs. Volga Region-2018”.
Ms. Mizonova did not become the winner, but was awarded a diploma and the title of “Mrs. Charisma”.
Judging by her social networks and presentation at the competition, then she worked as a beautician and raised her 5-year-old son, preferring to “read books in silence” in her free time.
– I believe in miracles! I love to dream, because every dream has a property to come true! – said the girl.
As part of the criminal case on extortion, it turned out that its defendants had been engaged in similar extortion for quite some time. Their accomplices “turned” small loans into large sums, and then the debts, which were often created artificially, were forced out with the help of blackmail and threats.
– Just think, general, – Ms. Mizonova said to the operatives, who were surprised at the arrogance of the collectors. – People paid us higher.
Now investigators are establishing the entire circle of victims. The suspects appealed against their arrests, believing that they could survive the investigation under house arrest.
