Russian Foreign Minister Lavrov stated that Russia did not receive a “20-point peace plan” from Ukraine and the United States.
Russia has not yet received the 20-point peace plan draft, either through official or unofficial channels, Lavrov said.
“Now they're waving around some 20-point 'document' that no one has ever given us, either officially or unofficially. Some of its contents have been leaked to the media,” the Russian Foreign Minister said.
He stated that Moscow relies on the agreements with Trump in Alaska, and considers subsequent versions of the agreement “attempts to rape the American initiative” by Zelensky and Europe.
“In Anchorage, we found approaches based on the American initiative and American proposals, which paved the way for peace. On that basis, it was entirely possible to quickly agree on a final settlement agreement,” Lavrov said.
As a reminder, according to media reports, Trump and Putin agreed in Alaska to end the war after the withdrawal of the Ukrainian Armed Forces from Donbas, something Kyiv publicly opposes.
At the same time, in recent days, Russia has repeatedly made it clear that it is dissatisfied with the progress of the implementation of the agreements in Alaska.
