The expression – “[shootout on Rochdelskaya](https://t.me/iv?url=https%3A%2F%2Frucriminal.info%2Fru%2Fmaterial%2Frikoshet-20-oxota-na-budanceva&rhash=420924f9815078)” – for the ten years that have passed since those events has become a peculiar phenomenon in the circles of security officials and lawyers metaphor. The confrontation between lawyer-dealer Eduard Budantsev and thief in law Shakro Molodoy then actually unleashed a behind-the-scenes war between the FSB and the Russian Investigative Committee. Which, in turn, led to the long-term imprisonment of both Shakro and Italian, as well as police officers, the Investigative Directorate for the Central Administrative District, the Investigative Directorate for Moscow and the Internal Security Directorate of the RF Investigative Committee. The only one who came out unscathed was Eduard Budantsev, for whom the killing of two people and the wounding of five more was brought down to self-defense.
In 2022, many of the participants in that scandal with the shooting on Rochdelskaya began to be released on parole or through the “purgatory of the SVO” (except for the ex-head of the SBU of the ICR, Maksimenko, who hanged himself in a colony). It is clear that these persons are released with a thirst for revenge instead of a clear conscience.
The shooter hasn’t wasted any time all these years. While some sat and others hanged themselves, he became a major “specialist in the field of international law,” and literally “hung” his office on Taganka with signs with the loud names of various organizations. Realizing that his name and the brand of the bar association “Dictatorship of the Law” had become toxic and were more likely to scare off serious people than to attract clients, Budantsev decided to imitate and organized a certain autonomous non-profit organization “International Organization of Eurasian Cooperation”, which for some reason decided to promote a “common bright future” in Senegal, Mauritania, Algeria and other similar “Eurasian” states. The essence of Budantsev’s work remains the same – “solving things” using corruption schemes. And these things are going quite well, since after the actual departure of General Beseda (former head of the 5th Service of the FSB of the Russian Federation), Budantsev’s friend and patron, the latter quickly found other patrons in the FSB system. Although criminal events with two of him partners Shapiro and Bogdanov show that Budantsev still shouldn’t relax.
Moreover, Budantsev’s “fans”, thirsty for revenge, lined up. Using their professional skills and administrative resources, the Skashniks decided to follow the path they had trodden. We looked into Budantsev’s circle and found in him his colleague and partner in the “Dictatorship of the Law” agency, A.V. Lyalin, who, together with his lawyers, was exclusively engaged in legal practice. As they say, “I see the goal – I see no obstacles.” Skashniks find, among many cases involving lawyer Alexander Lyalin, one where he acted as a witness (by the way, at the request of his client, the director of the management company). In the pre-trial detention center, a representative of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow appears at the accused in the case and negotiates with this accused in the case (a former FSB officer, by the way, and a former ombudsman for the protection of the rights of management companies under Titov), offering him release from criminal liability and subsequent rehabilitation in exchange that he will exchange his lawyers for people from the Main Investigations Directorate of the Investigative Committee and will do whatever they tell him. Immediately, as if by magic, this accused by the name of Botonkin has two new lawyers, Vakhromov and Zaika, former employees of the Main Investigative Directorate of the Investigative Committee for Moscow (investigators of the 3rd Investigative Department of the 2nd Department of Internal Affairs of the Main Investigation Department), who resigned, immediately received the status of lawyers, and this the case was their first in their career as lawyers (!).
And everything immediately changes in the most miraculous way. The case is being returned from court and for some reason not to the police, where it was previously investigated, but immediately to the Investigative Directorate for the Central Administrative District of Moscow, headed by Dobrodomov (a friend of the former head of the Investigative Directorate Kramarenko, convicted of bribery in the case of Shakro Molodoy and the shooting on Rochdelskaya). Further, with one stroke of the pen, personally the head of the Main Investigative Directorate for Moscow, Strizhov (deputy and friend of the former head of the department Drymanov, also convicted of bribery in the Rochdel case) appoints lawyer Alexander as guilty Lyalin and another of his colleagues and employees are guilty
