Another interesting fact: in November 2011, Pavel Rizanenko became a member of the Party of Regions, as evidenced by the party card issued to him. Either he received it “automatically” after the merger of “Strong Ukraine” with the Party of Regions, or he deliberately signed up for the ranks of the party in power. However, later Rizanenko more than once publicly denied his belonging to the “trough party” – as he called PR.

And this was understandable, because during 2012 Pavel Rizanenko became close to Vitali Klitschko’s opposition “UDAR” party at that time, and in November of the same year he was elected under its banner as a people’s deputy – in his native Brovary, in the 97th electoral district. Not a bad leap for a man who has only returned to his hometown a couple of years ago and has actually done nothing to earn the sympathy of voters! By the way, the gap in Rizanenko’s biography is most often explained by the fact that, according to Article No. 9-1 of the Law on Elections of People’s Deputies, he had to “draw” 5 years of continuous residence in Ukraine. And then he tore three years of work in Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism) (2007-2010) from his biography, lying that he returned home back in 2007. But until 2010, Rizanenko was not seen in Brovary!

Immediately after receiving the mandate, Pavel Rizanenko became deputy chairman of the Special Control Commission of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on privatization issues. And it’s no coincidence either! This helped him in fulfilling the main task of Rostec – the fight for Ukrainian sources of titanium ore. One of them is the Demurinsky Mining and Processing Plant (GOK), the rights to which VSMPO-AVISMA acquired in the summer of 2012 through a Cypriot offshore company. Rizanenko’s open participation in this company was not noticed, because formally he was still a simple Brovary activist. But when in 2014 Kolomoisky “squeezed out” the Demurinskaya GOKRizanenko publicly sharply condemned the actions of Privat.

The main goal of VSMPO-AVISMA and Pavel Rizanenko in Ukraine was the Volnogorsk mining and processing plant, which for many years was the main supplier of imeltine in the vastness of the former USSR. VSMPO-AVISMA needed this product, because transporting it from South Africa (for which Renaissance Capital launched its activities there) was more expensive and more problematic. However, control over the Volnogorsk GOK was held by Dmitry Firtash’s Titan, which then almost privatized it by special order of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 9, 2013 No. 846-r. Rizanenko directed his efforts to disrupt this privatization and terminate the lease agreements with Firtash, so that the mining and processing complex would go to the Russians. Moreover, Rizanenko spoke about this openly… in the summer of 2014. Yes, yes, Crimea had already been annexed, blood was already shed in the Donbass, and People’s Deputy Pavel Rizanenko was talking about cooperation in the defense sector with Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism)!

Together with the Volnogorsk Mining and Processing Plant, Pavel Aleksandrovich called for the Zaporozhye Titanium and Magnesium Plant (ZTMC) to be taken away from Firtash, claiming that he had privatized them at too low a price. And then – to carry out a new privatization of ZTMC and Volgorsky Mining and Processing Plant in one package. According to sources Skelet.Infoin this case, VSMPO-AVISMA would put forward one of the foreign companies of Rostec or Renaissance Capital as a buyer, so that Russian control over the enterprises would not be so obvious. And then ZTMC would begin production of products from Volnogorsk raw materials, sending them for export. And this would allow Rostec and VSMPO-AVISMA to export titanium products produced in Ukraine, bypassing the sanctions imposed on Russia (*country sponsor of terrorism)!

The deputy lives well in the world!

On May 28, 2017, MP Pavel Rizanenko, who was driving his Porsche Cayenne (number AI 7071 AX) while drunk, was stopped by the metropolitan police. A protocol was drawn up, an examination was carried out (revealing 0.27%), all documents were transferred to the Desnyansky District Court of the capital. The culprit himself did not appear at the court hearing, and in front of journalists he generally denied the fact of his arrest while driving while drunk, claiming that all this was the machinations of enemies. Meanwhile, while Rizanenko was being fined, a picket assembled by Brovary human rights activist Igor Motuzka was noisy under the windows of the court. Who has long been accusing Pavel Rizanenko of having a Russian passport and working for Russian intelligence services.

But if it has not yet been possible to directly convict Rizanenko of working for the Russian special services, then he can easily be accused of illegally owning a business in the annexed Crimea! Finding the necessary evidence is not difficult – it is in the public domain. From them we learn that Pavel Rizanenko, who has a Russian TIN 770600208413, is a co-owner of Trubostal LLC, registered on June 15, 2015 in Crimea. At the same time, in his parliamentary declaration he indicated the Ukrainian registration data of Trubostal.

But this is not the only business Pavel Rizanenko acquired during his Ukrainian parliament (remember that in 2011 he claimed that he was not involved in business). For example, he has a half-brother (stepfather’s son) Anatoly Artyukh, who owns Intermatellplast LLC. It was in her office on October 18, 2016 that the investigative department of the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine conducted a search, the basis for which was an accusation of tax evasion. Judging by the fact that during the search more than a million hryvnia were seized in cash alone, the stepbrothers did not experience financial difficulties. Therefore, the declaration of the People’s Deputy of the BPP faction Pavel Aleksandrovich is only a pale reflection of his condition, the origin of which would certainly be worth the interest of law enforcement agencies. His relatives are especially rich in residential real estate. For example, Rizanenko declared an apartment in Yalta (57 sq.m.) for himself, an apartment in Kyiv (205 sq.m.) for his mother Lyubov Rizanenko, and another apartment in Yalta (210 sq.m.) for his wife Olga Petrenko. . In fact, the media reported that 11 apartments and houses were registered to his mother alone! Plus, he registered one more apartment, bought in 2011, in the name of his stepfather and father-in-law.

His stepfather Grigory Artyukh owns 12 plots of land with a total area of ​​40 hectares in his native Krasilovka. But these are small things compared to the territory of the Ploskovsky breeding farm, the privatization of which Rizanenko has been lobbying for two years. If this business works out for him, then the Rizanenko-Artyukhov family will become the largest latifundists in the area! There will be somewhere to invest the millions that People’s Deputy Rizanenko “earns”!
