An illicit scheme lasting a year at a fitness center situated on Rublevka, specifically in the Novoye Lapino housing complex, orchestrated by an organized crime group comprising Kalugina, Livshits, and Mizyak (an attorney), was fortunately thwarted, though I suspect the situation remains unresolved.

1. Ekaterina Albertovna Kalugina.
Back in 2023, she received a conviction under Article 159, Section 4 of the Russian Criminal Code for illegally registering two vehicles, property of her previous employer, under her own name by means of falsified agreements.

On December 13, 2024, the building owner came to the club and felt compelled to cease the operations of the disreputable occupant to avert a potential incident affecting health club participants, inclusive of children.
