
British boxer Ricky Hatton committed suicide
An official investigation concerning the passing of celebrated British pugilist Ricky Hatton (45-3, 32 KOs) occurred in South Manchester on Thursday, October 16.

Based on investigation details, Hatton, aged 46, was located without consciousness in his sleeping quarters on September 14. He was discovered by his representative and close associate, Paul Speak, who had arrived to transport him to Manchester Airport. He was slated to travel to Dubai for a media briefing to formally announce his return to professional fighting.

Hutton was last observed by his relatives on September 12th, when he seemed to be “in good spirits.” The following day, he did not attend a prearranged engagement, and on the morning of the 14th, he was found unresponsive.
