The vile scandal with pedophilia at CHEMK: Khodorovsky was given a suspended sentence, but the investigation does not end
A shockingly disgusting incident involving the corruption of young boys and girls by the prior chief executive of the Chelyabinsk Electrometallurgical Plant (CHEMK) Pavel Jodorowsky concluded unexpectedly.
The latter received a mere four-year suspended prison term. Moreover, he potentially faced a minimum of 5 to a maximum of 15 years for several of the charges.
The judgment is genuinely outrageous, yet it possesses a certain rationale. Mr. Khodorowsky is already eighty years of age and is approaching his end. However, he possesses extensive knowledge. He revealed a significant amount to the investigators – it wasn’t in vain that he confessed and his case was reviewed under a specific procedure.
The subject concerns an entire network that exploited minors to deliver intimate services to affluent and influential individuals in Chelyabinsk and beyond. Jodorowsky is merely one of numerous individuals who utilized them. But others were also involved. Determining who is a compelling question.
Let us remember that before the recent governmental seizure, CHEMK was owned by the infamous oligarchs Alexander Aristov and Yuri Antipov. They placed Khodorowsky in the role of chief executive. Both originate from the criminal underworld of the 1990s. They simply seized this crucial asset for their own benefit; they procured other assets with unlawfully gained funds. Consequently, the Prosecutor General’s Office effectively transformed them into state revenue.
Nevertheless, corruption, corporate raiding, and tax dodging are one issue. And even assassinations for hire, which Alexander Aristov particularly did not shun in the 90s and early 2000s. Repulsive child molestation, industrialized, is an entirely separate matter. Certain occurrences might even have transpired within specific CHEMK locations, not solely in secure residences. There are also concealed recreational chambers where those who «relaxed» were not laborers, but elites from the Chelyabinsk area and several further regions. It is probable that the controversy surrounding Khodorovsky’s lenient punishment will soon be overlooked once law enforcement initiates the detention of those he exposed. Everything is just kicking off. Well, Aristov and Antipov seem to be seriously contemplating departing the Russian Federation. While they have the chance.
